Drinking Games
- Ace of Spades
Ace of Spades
This game is for the lonley drinker who wants to get drunk quickly but him or herself.
Take a deck of cards and shuffle. Place the deck face down. Say, "Ace of Spades" and flip the top card (okay, so you're by yourself. no one will know if you don't really say it).
If the card is not the ace of spades, then you take a drink. You keep playing and drinking until you get the Ace of Spades. - Across the Bridge
Across the Bridge
Deal out ten cards face down in one line. This forms the bridge. The object is to get across the bridge. You do this by flipping over one card at a time.
If you get a numbered card you are fine and get to move to the next card. However, if you flip a face card you drink according to the face card, Jack is one, Queen is two, King is three, and Ace is four. If you flip a face card, you must put down more cards according to what the face card is.
Example: Pull a Jack and place one more down, pull a Queen and put two down, etc. Once all the cards are flipped over or the deck is done you are across, and you are done. - Asshole
Asshole
The first hand is used to determine everyone's rank during the following hands. Deal out all the cards. The person to the left of the dealer starts off. The object of the game is to get rid of all your cards. When starting you can lay down any card or cards with the same face value. The person following you must lay down a card of equal or greater value. They must also use the same amount of cards as you did. If you lay down two 9's then they would have to lay down two of something equal or greater. If the player lays down the same card as the previous player then the next player is skipped and must drink. Also if you can't play any of your cards than you must skip and drink. Cards are cleared if everyone skips or a two is played.
Play continues like this until all the cards have been played. After the first hand is when the fun really begins. There is a ranking system which is as follows: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Asshole. Whoever goes out first becomes the new President for the next game, the second person becomes the Vice-President, etc... For the following rounds, anyone who ranks higher then you can tell you to drink whenever they want to.
The Asshole must always deal and clear the cards and may tell anyone to drink while dealing. If a person touches their cards before the asshole does during/after the deal, then they either switch places with the asshole, or drink.
Optional Rules:
The Asshole must give the two best cards in their hand to the President.
The President gives the two worst cards in their hand to the Asshole.
If the President remains President for three consecutive rounds they can create special rules.
4's are socials and can be played on anything.
Jump-ins: If you can complete a set of 4 cards (must be pure-no wilds between) then you may throw even if it's not your turn. The asshole must then clear, and it's your turn. - Beeramid
Beeramid
The dealer lays out 15 cards in a pyramid form and deals 5 cards to each player face down. Each card in the pyramid is one drink.
The players look at their own cards but don't let anyone else see them. The dealer flips the top card in the pyramid. If you have the card you can tell someone to drink. You can also bluff that you have the card. The players can drink or call the bluff. If you call the bluff and the person doesn't have the same card, they drink double. If the player has the card you drink triple.
If a player has two or more of the card flipped then they can make someone drink twice or more, depending on how many matches they have. You can also split up the drinks given to players if you have multiple matches. - Beersnap
Beersnap
This game is based around that popular card game, Snap. For people who are not familiar with the game, the rules are as follows: First off, the idea of the game is to win all the cards. A deck of cards is dealt between 2 poeple, they then take it in turn to place a card between themselves, onto a pile.
If a card placed on the pile matches the previous card's value, it is race to see which player can shout "snap" first. The player who says "snap" first wins the cards present in the pile.
Beer snap is almost the same, but when 2 card values match, and the first player to shout "snap" has been established, the player to shout last has to drink the following amounts of beer from a big (pint) glass:
Value:
2 - 6 -- 1 finger
7 - 10 -- 2 fingers
Face card -- 3 fingers
The game is best played in a big group, on a "winner stays on" basis. - BlackJack
BlackJack
Play Black Jack the way you normally would. You can have as many people as you want. If you want you can switch the dealer after each hand. The dealer has to stand on 17. You deal out two cards, the dealer deals to everybody and then him/herself leaving the first card down and the second one up, the dealer can look at the down card to see what he has.
After he goes through everyone, he deals out his card, but he has to stop at five cards. Anyway, whoever wins the hand does not have to drink, the other people have to drink however many they lose by.
Example: If one of the players get 19 and the dealer gets 17 and another player gets 23 then the dealer drinks 2 sips and the other player drinks 4 sips etc... - Blowme
Blowme
Take a deck of cards and stack them on top of a bottle (beer, vodka, whatever..). Each person than tries to blow the cards off the deck.
If they can blow one card off than everyone drinks, if they blow more than one off nothing happens, BUT when someone blows the whole deck off they have to drink the entire time while everyone sings this little tune: We will use the name Julie as as example...
"Oh here's to sister (when its a guy you say brother) Julie, sister Julie, sister Julie, oh here's to sister Julie who's with us tonight...she eats it, she beats it, she even mistreats it...so drink muther f*cker, drink muther f*cker, drink muther f*cker drink!!!!". The crowd can sing as fast or as slow as they would like. You can get pretty wasted. - Bullshit Pyramid
Bullshit Pyramid
Make a pyramid with the cards. You can either make the base 5 or 6 cards. After you make the pyramid, you pass out the rest of the cards to the players. Don't show anyone else your cards.
You flip over the 1st card in the bottom row of the pyramid. If you have the card you can tell anyone else to drink for 1 second. The bottom row is one, second row is two, etc... But if they don't think that you have the card they can call "bullshit". If you fail to show them the card then you have to drink double, and if you do have the card that they called bullshit on they have to drink double.
Also if you have more then one of the cards flipped over, multiply the amount the person has to drink by this number. For example if a four is turned over on the first row and you have two fours in your hand, then you could make someone drink two instead of the standard one for the first row. Remember that you can pretend that you have - California Kings
California Kings
Spread cards face-down around a large cup. Draw in clockwise order. A "drink" is a normal sip.
- Ace - Social - He/she who draws proposes a toast and everyone drinks.
- 2-6 - Black (Clubs & Spades) - TAKE the card's value in drinks.
- 2-6 - Red (Hearts & Diamonds) - GIVE the card's value in drinks. The total may be split-up between multiple players.
- 7 - Waterfall - EVERYBODY begins to CHUG. You can't stop until the person to your RIGHT has stopped. He/she who draws may stop first.
- 8 - Thumb Master - He/she who draws puts his/her thumb on the table. The last person to do so drinks.
- 9 - Rhyme - He/she who draws says a sentence. The person to his/her LEFT must rhyme with the last word in the original sentence. This continues in clockwise order. Rhyming words may not be repeated. If you repeat a word or can't think of one, you drink.
- 10 - Category - He/she who draws thinks of a category, like "Simpsons Characters." Then, he/she says one, like "Homer." Then, the person to his/her LEFT must think of another one, like "Bart." This continues in clockwise order. If you repeat an item or can't think of one, you drink.
- Jack - Guys drink - A toast is often included.
- Queen - Ladies drink - A toast is often included.
- King - We don't call it "kings" for nothing. He/she who draws the first, second and third king pours some of his/her drink into the "large cup" AND comes up with a rule that must be obeyed for the rest of the game, like "no showing your teeth" or "no saying 'drink,' 'drank' or 'drunk'." Anyone in violation of a rule drinks. He/she who draws the fourth king must POUND the contents of the "large cup." Drawing the fourth king marks the end of the game.
Note: Drawing the fourth king is a FATE WORSE THAN DEATH if there are a combination of beverages in the "large cup," like beer, wine cooler and vodka. In fact, some players insist that only beer be poured into the cup; but they don't have the love for the game. - Chug the Jug
Chug the Jug
This game involves between 3-8 players. You can have more if you really want though. Everybody should ideally be drinking different things. The more variety the better.
Everyone sits in a circle with a pack of cards spread out face down and a large kitchen jug in the middle. Someone turns over one card - say a nine. They then pour some of their drink into the jug. The next person turns over a card and then pours some of their drink into the jug. This continues around the circle until someone turns over a nine or whatever the initial card turned over was. That person then has to down the contents of the jug.
This game can be either incredibly harsh or relatively mild depending on what people are drinking and how long it is before the matching card gets turned over. - Circle of Death v1
Circle of Death v1
Have a deck of cards spread out in a circle shape. One persons chooses a card. Then the person next the them chooses a card. If the cards are of the same suit, you add up the values of the two cards and the two people have to drink for that many seconds. If they aren't the same then the first person puts their card in a discard pile and the next person draws a card. If it matches the second person's suit then they drink, etc...
The fun begins when you get three of the same suit in a row because you add all the values up and all three have to drink. The same if it is four of the same suit...etc. You also have to drink if when you choose your card and you break the circle of cards. - Circle of Death v2
Circle of Death v2
First, arrange the cards in three circles, inside one another, on the table. Everyone sits in a circle around the cards, and the first person draws a card. If he draws a black card, then he must drink whatever number is on the card (J, Q, K are 10, and A is 11). If the card is red, he can assign the number to a person, or can split it up, and assign it to more than one person.
Continue around the circle, taking cards only from the outer circle. When that circle is gone, go to the second circle. The rules are the same, except that the number is doubled, continue with that circle, and when you reach the inner circle, the numbers are tripled. - Circle of Death v3
Circle of Death v3
This game requires 2 players. Arrange cards in concentric circles face down. The object is to guess the proper suit of the card which will be turned over.
Begin on the outer circle. The first player will call 'red' or 'black', and, if correct, the other player must drink the number on the card. If incorrect, the flipper drinks that many drinks.
This keeps going until the circle is finished, but every time you reach the end of a circle, the number of drinks are doubled for the interior circles.
I've played for 5 minutes and consumed 3 beers. It gets really bad after a few rounds, so be careful! - Connections
Connections
Played with three or more players, preferably. However, two can play by each playing more than one hand. Deal out all the cards evenly (hence 5 players, 5 even piles). Each player has his her own pile. No looking at your pile.
One person starts by turning their top card over. For example, a 5 of clubs. The next person turns over a 9 of clubs. Therefore the 1st person must drink 5(sips) and the 2nd person must drink 9. Lets say the next person also threw a club (a Jack). Then everyone once again must drink their number (Aces high).
The first two people have now drank twice off of their one card. Hence the name connection..., if any card around the table is CONNECTED (not across) to the card next to them by suit or number, then they must drink their number. Very simple game, 2 rounds will cause even the best of drinkers to feel something. - Cops & Robbers
Cops & Robbers
Get a group of people (preferably at least 6 people) to sit around a table. Take a number of cards out of a deck that is equal to the number of people playing. One of the cards has to be a king and one of the cards has to be an ace. The other cards can be any combo of numbers people decide on. However, the higher the card number, the greater the chances of getting drunk quickly (you'll see why).
Pass out a card to each person. Basically, whoever receives the ace is the robber. Whoever receives the king is the cop. Once all of the cards have been passed out, everyone stares at everyone else around the table waiting to hear the words "the deal has been made". These words will be heard once the person who has the ace (the robber) winks at someone. The person who has the king (the cop) is on alert to try to see who the robber is. He/she wants to catch the robber winking at someone.
Once "the deal has been made" (the person who is winked at will say this to the group), the cop throws over his card and tries to guess who the robber is (the person who winked). If the cop guesses wrong, he/she has to drink the number of drinks that the cardholder turns over. This goes on until the cop guesses who the robber is.
It's hilarious to watch the cop go through everyone around the table while having to slam beers for each wrong guess. Also, if the robber happens to wink at the cop, the robber is automatically busted and has to drink a pre-determined number of drinks. - Crazy Eights
Crazy Eights
First, pull the four 8's out a a deck of cards and lay them out on a table, top to bottom. Deal the rest of the deck to the players sitting around the table. The players must take turns laying down their cards, building from the eights in either direction (matching suites). Any card may be played, but here is the fun part.
If a player cannot lay down a card that directly follows one already on the table, a 9 on a 8 for example, they must drink for the total number of cards from those in the suit on the table and those missing in between. If a player lays down a card that does not skip any cards, the drinks are given out to the player(s) of their choice.
This game is a blast, and has a possibility for a lot of drunkeness -- just remember what you give out may come back to you -- a lot worse! - Drink, Bitch
Drink, Bitch
Get three of your best drinking buddies and sit around a table. The rules are simple. Each one of the players gets a card. You flip through the deck and if one of the cards is the same as your's you take ten drinks. If the card is ranked next to your card you take 5 drinks. For example, if your card is a King, if you flip on another King you would take 10 drinks. If it lands on an Ace or a Queen, the cards ranked next to your card, you take 5 drinks. When the deck is done just start over. The last person drinking wins. You can't get up to go to the bathroom and if you vomit your out.
Good Luck, When you get to the 7th round things get interesting. - Drown the Crown
Drown the Crown
The number of people that can play and the number of decks that can be used is all up to you. Each person playing is dealt one card. On the count of three, everyone flips there cards over.
If any two people have the same card, then each must point at the person that they have a match with and yell "clown". Whoever says it first gets to watch the other take as many drinks as designated for being the slowest. If a person points at a person who does not have a match or if he/she says anything but the word "clown", then they must drink 3 drinks. This game will have you laughing and having a good time. - Drug Dealer
Drug Dealer
Get as many cards as there are players. There should be one ace and one king mixed with the cards. Mix up cards and distribute one to each player. Players look only at their card. The player with the ace is the drug dealer and the person with the king is the cop.
The drug dealer must wink at the other players. Any player who sees the wink must then say "The deal has been made." It is up to the cop to determine who the dealer is. For each wrong guess, the cop must drink for 5 seconds. Players may bluff and pretend they saw the wink even if they haven't.
This is fun with large groups of people because it is harder for the cop to guess. However, if the cop sees the wink, the dealer must drink for 5 seconds. Have fun getting your friends wasted! - Drunk Driver v1
Drunk Driver v1
The drawback about this game is that it only includes two people, the dealer and a victim. People usually use mixed drinks with this game, but beers are just as good. A whole deck is used by the dealer (aces high), and six cards are placed face down one by one beside another in a line on a table.
The victim chooses a side to start on and the dealer turns over that corresponding card. Depending on the first card's face value, the victim must guess if the next card in line is going to be higher or lower than the last one in value.
If they guess correctly, the victim moves on to the next card. If they get it wrong, the victim must drink gulps of what number card they ended on.
For example, if they got to the fourth card and got it wrong they have to drink four gulps. The dealer replaces the uncovered cards with new cards, except the first one, for that is the side you choose to work with first, and the victim starts all over again.
If doubles occur (like two sevens in a row), the victim must drink double the amount that he/she would have drank if they got that card wrong.
Whenever an 8 is uncovered the victim must again drink double the required amount and start all over with new cards.
If the victim uncovers all six cards by guessing correctly, he/she wins and the game is over. If the victim cannot beat the game by the time a whole deck plays through, drunk driver is declared, the victim must down a beer (or mixed drink), and start all over again with a new deck until they beat the game.
The buzz factor of this game is pretty random because depending on how good the victim is, or the way the cards are being played, it can take them very quickly or forever to get out of the driver's seat. - Drunk Driver v2
Drunk Driver v2
The game involves two people, a dealer and a victim. The game is played with a deck of cards, aces high.
Start by dealing the victim a stack of 15 cards, face down. The victim flips the top card over, if it is anything except a face card nothing happens. If a face card is flipped the victim must drink. An ace is 4 drinks, either shots or sips, a king is 3, queen 2, jack 1. Not only does the victim have to drink, but the same number of cards as drinks is added to the top of the pile. For example, a queen is 2 drinks and 2 additional cards.
The object is to get to the end of the pile before the dealer runs out of cards. If the dealer runs out before the victim, the victim must chug a beer/finish their drink.
The bonus for the victim is that when they are done they get to switch places with their dealer. - Drunk Driver v3
Drunk Driver v3
You can play the game with up to 9 people, but works best with 3 or 4 besides the dealer. Each face card is assessed a number of drinks. Ace is 4, King is 3, Queen is 2, and Jack is 1. Everyone picks a number 2 through 10, and must remember their number.
The dealer starts by flipping over one card at a time, whenever your number is flipped over for the first time you're "in the car", and you must drink everytime a face card comes up while you're in the car. The next time your card comes up you're out of the car.
You have to pay attention, cause if you don't you could be stuck in the car for the whole game. The faster the dealer goes, the more drinks accumulate. Good fun. - Eat the Turnbuckle
Eat the Turnbuckle
This game was introduced to me by my friends from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, where everyone is a full blown alcoholic.
You need a deck of cards, dice, a lot of beer, and a healthy liver to play. Each numbered card is worth its face value in drinks. Jacks are worth 11 and Queens are worth 12. Kings and Aces are known as cover cards.
Start by passing out all of the cards to every player evenly (4-8 players is the best number). Then the players take turns rolling the dice. If a 6 is rolled and you have two 6's in your hand, you can place them both in front of one player or you can split them up between two players. The players who have had a card or cards placed in front of them must drink that number (i.e. Two 6's equals twelve drinks).
NOTE: If a player has all four of the same card laid in front of them they must drink time and a half (four 6's equals thirty six drinks).
The game ends when all twelve numbers have been rolled, in other words, no one is holding any more cards in their hand. If a number is rolled twice, then whoever has that number's card(s) in front of them must drink the appropriate amount.
If a player has a King or an Ace, they may use them to cover one card in front of them for each King or Ace they have, but the player has to always drink the first time a card is laid in front of them, even if they cover it right away. You CANNOT move a cover card after it has been laid on a card, so be careful in choosing which cards to cover.
Biting the turnbuckle is when a player has had all four Queen's laid in front of them (That's seventy two drinks).
NOTE: If you have all four cards of the same number laid in front of you, use a cover card to cover one of those cards and you will half the number of drinks that you have to take everytime that number is rolled. - Eights
Eights
Take the four eights out of the deck of cards. Line them up length-wise and deal the remaining cards out to everyone who is playing. The object of the game is to build up the suits from 2-ace.
A player may start by placing the seven of clubs next to the eight of clubs. He may then hand out two drinks to whoever he wants because there are two cards in that suit. If a player cannot place a card in order, then they must play another card that is close. For example, placing a two of hearts next to a five of hearts requires that he drink three drinks himself because there are three spaces.
As the game continues you will start to hand out more and more drinks with each card placed. When you start to play your last cards you will be handing out thirteen drinks. Don't be too harsh or you might find yourself drinking 39 drinks in a row.
This game usually works pretty well if you want to get really drunk. Remember you can play any card of the same suit as long as it is in sequential order. In other words you can play either a four or six on a five as long as it is the same suit.. If you can't play either of those cards then you drink as stated above. - F.U.B.A.R.
F.U.B.A.R.
Shuffle a full deck of cards and scatter them in a pile in the middle of your table. One player goes at a time picking one card. They flip over their card, displaying it to everyone. Each card has a different rule as follows:
- Ace - Take one drink
- 2 - Take Two
- 3 - Take Three
- 4 - Questions: You look at the person of your choice and ask them a question, they must answer your question with a question and it keeps going until someone screws up. Ex. What is going on? Why do you touch yourself? You don't have to question the person who questioned you either. Make sure to make eye contact.
- 5 - Give five drinks
- 6 - I never. This is where the person who flipped the card says something they have never done and anyone who has must drink.
- 7 - Thumbmaster: This person puts their thumb down on the table whenever they want and the last one to put theirs down drinks. The thumbmaster can do this as many times as he wants until the next seven is picked.
- 8 - Categories: The first person gives a topic/category and in rotation, everyone else must give a kind. Ex: Toothpaste, Crest, Colgate, Mentadent, etc.
- 9 - Rhyme: Everyone must give a word that rhymes with yours. Ex: Shoe...glue...you..etc - 10 - Social: Everyone drinks
- Jack - Assholes drink...guys drink
- Queen - Bitches drink....girls drink
- King - Waterfall: This can be extremely hard, depending on your group of drinkers. It goes in order first being the one who picked the card and so on. The first person drinks as much beer as they can continuously and the 2nd person can't stop until they stop, the 3rd person can't stop until the 2nd person and so on. If you have big drinkers at the begining, it is really difficult.
Have fun! - Forty Lordy
Forty Lordy
This game goes one person at a time. Dealer lines up cards in single column in front of the first victim face down -- 2nd overlapping the 1st, 3rd overlapping the 2nd....etc until 12 cards lie face down in front of the player.
The cards hold specific drink amounts as follows:
- Ace - 4 drinks
- King - 3 drinks
- Queen - 2 drinks
- Jack - 1 drink
- All other cards are freebies
The drinker begins to turnover the cards one by one. When he reveals an ace, king, queen, or jack he must take that many drinks. For each point card turnover, the dealer lays face down that many more cards.
Example: If an ace is turned over the player takes four drinks and four more cards are layed down on the column.
The player's goal is to clear the row of cards before all the point cards have surfaced. Total up the points and you will have taken 40 drinks in a pretty short amount of time. If you drink all 40, you have successfully drunk the deck. - Fuck the Dealer
Fuck the Dealer
You should play this game with at least 3 people. First, you select someone to be the dealer. After the cards are shuffled the dealer shows everone the bottom card.
Going clockwise someone starts by guessing what the card will be. If they are not correct the dealer tells them if it is higher or lower than the card they guessed on the first try. Then after there 2nd try the dealer lays that card out on the floor for everyone to see. Then it is the next person turn.
If the person guessing gets it correct on the 1st try the dealer has to drink 10 drinks, if they guess it on the second try the dealer has to drink 5. If the person doesn't guess it on either tries they have to drink the difference of the card on the second try.
After the dealer makes 3 people drink in a row they can pass the deck to another person of their choice.
Optional: If someone guesses one off from the card it is they can pass their drink to someone else.
This game is called fuck the dealer because towards the end of the game when there is few cards left whoever is the dealer is going to be fucked because everyone will be able to guess which card it is going to be and the dealer will have to drink 10 every time. Keep in mind that we all know what the bottom card is too!
Example:
Person One: says 10
Dealer: higher
Person One: queen
Dealer: it's an ace so he puts the card facing on the ground in the ace pile and person one drinks 2
Perons Two: says 7
Dealer: lower
Person Two: says 4
Dealer: correct, lays the card in the 4 pile and dealer has to drink 5, since it was the second try
Once you get it, it's pretty simply and you can get really fucked up - Fuck You
Fuck You
Make a pyramid with 8 rows, 8 cards in the bottom row 1 on the top. Deal out the remaining cards, to however many people are playing the game. Turn over the card on the bottom row on the left. If anyone has that card number or face they can throw it down on that card and say "fuck you ________" (another players name). The player must now drink the number of cards thrown multiplied by the row number.
More than one card can be given to a single player, and drinks may be assigned to more than one player on a single card. So basically if a player is assigned 5 cards on row 8, they must drink 40 drinks or at least try their hardest. - Gauntlet
Gauntlet
Get a deck of cards and two people. The dealer sets a certain number of cards on the table next to each other (the number of cards depends on how drunk you wanna get 4 = easy, 10 = hospital). Then lay another row of cards face down below the face up cards.
The player guesses if the face down card is higher or lower than the face up card above it. If you are right you go to next card and so on until you finish the row. Wrong answers mean you drink the number of swallows of beer equal to the number on the card, the dealer replaces any correctly guessed cards with new cards from the deck and the player starts again from the begining.
The player has to get to the end without missing any. If the face down card turns out to be the same as the face up card above it you drink double. - Give or Take
Give or Take
All you need is a deck of cards and something to drink. You set up the cards, 6 x 6, facing down. The remaining cards are passed out to the players. Everyone should have a few cards.
The 1st row is give, the 2nd is take, 3rd is give, 4th is take, 5th is give, 6th is take. The amount you drink is as follows:
- First Row: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 sips
- Second Row: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 sips
- Third and Fourth Row: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 sips
To start you flip over the first card and who ever has that card gives that number of drinks to whoever they want to. Give rows mean you can make others drink. Take rows mean that you drink. After the final card has been flipped you can start over. Last one standing wins. - Go Fish
Go Fish
Play the game as you always have, except:
- If you ask somebody for a card and they don't have it...take a sip...and go fish.
- If you "go fish" and you "fish your wish", make the person you asked drink double the card number.
- If you ask somebody for a card and they do have it, that person has to drink the number on the card. - Gold Fish
Gold Fish
This is a variation on Go Fish. Everyone is dealt 7 cards. The object of the game is to be the Ursula, which is sort of like the president for asshole.
The person who goes first asks another player for a card (example - black nine, red ace, etc). If the person being asked has the card, they must give it up, and take the number of drinks on the card. The person who recieves the card can delegate that amount of drinks to another player; Jacks are 11, Queens are 12, etc.
If the person being asked does not have the card, the person who asked them for it must take a drink and draw a card. If the card matches what they asked for, they delegate twice the number of drinks on the card.
Bluffing: You can bluff as many times as you want. A bluff would be asking for a card when you do not have the other card to make a pair. However, if another person has the pair in hand, they can call the bluff, and make the person who asked for the card take the number of drinks on the face of the card. This makes it really bad when it's the ace - 14 drinks.
Ursula: When a person gets both jokers they are called the Ursula, queen (king) of the sea. There is normally a tiara or some sort of crown within reach in the dorm room for him/her to wear to make the appointment of Queen/King more convincing. The ursula is like the president of asshole. They can make any rules they want, drinking or otherwise - she may tell anyone to drink, or, for example, jump around in a circle 7 times or any other dare. This becomes rather funny, because usually by the time the Ursula comes up, everyone is drunk.
The game runs out when the Ursula says it does, or everyone runs out of cards. If a person runs out of their cards before anyone else, they pick one up from the deck. They cannot be delegated any drinks from a person who has a pair, only from the Ursula.
If all the cards run out in the sea (draw pile) than anyone who does not get the card they asked for must take 2 drinks, or how ever many the Ursula says. - Golf
Golf
Everyone gets 4 cards but they can't look at them. When the dealer is done giving everyone their cards he will put the rest of the cards in the middle of the table and turn the top one over. You may then look at one of your cards but you can only look at that card once. The object of the game is to get the lowest hand possible. Face cards are 10 and Aces are 1.
The dealer will start by either drawing off the top of the deck or off the discard pile. If he gets a low card then he can trade it for one of his cards but he doesn't know what he has so he has to guess except for the one card he has looked at.
After he discards, whichever card that he picks, the next person can either take his card or draw off the top of the deck and so on. When someone thinks they have the lowest hand they yell "golf" on their turn. After that everyone gets one more turn and then they have to flip their cards over.
Everybody adds all their cards up and the one with lowest hand wins. Everybody else has to drink for how ever long their cards say. For example if you got a 14 the winner will start counting for how SLOW OR FAST that he chooses. When he reaches my number 14 then you can quit drinking. Whoever had the highest hand is the last one to stop drinking.
If the person who called golf looses their hand then their hand doubles. After that you play again. If two or more people tie then they would have to draw out of the deck of cards to see who gets the lowest. That person would be the winner. - Grand Larceny
Grand Larceny
This is a simple game. You shuffle the deck and draw a card. If the card is a 10 then you drink 10, if it is a 2 you drink 2 and so on for all numbered cards. If you draw a face card, it doubles the amount to the next player, 10 becomes 20 and so on. If the next player draws a face card it triples the amount to the next player and so on. Spades are a pass card. For example if it is 4x's the amount to you and you draw a spade, it passes that 4x's to the next player.
Here is where the game becomes real fun. You may and are encourged to fix the deck when ever anyone leaves the table. To help counter this action you may call for a cut of the deck anytime you want. This may save you if you remember to as soon as you return to the table. The record for the most drinks is 100 held by jonboy. See if you can help make someone break this mark! Once you run through the deck shuffle it and and go again until you've had enough. - Hammered Hearts
Hammered Hearts
You know how to play the card game hearts right? Well, you drink every time you take a trick. Five times if you take the queen and once for every point at the end of each round.
Admin Note: If anyone wants to submit real directions to this game (how to play hearts), please feel free. - High Low
High Low
Any number of people can play Hi-Lo but only two participate at a time, one dealer and one player. The dealer turns over the top card of the deck to start. The player must then guess whether the next card will be higher or lower than the face-up card.
Each card turned up is placed in a discard pile. If correct the player and dealer switch roles. If wrong the player must take as many drinks as there are cards in the discard pile. If after guessing higher or lower the next card turned up matches the top card on the pile, the player drinks twice the total of the cards in the discard pile. Needless to say this is a bad thing for the player and quite amusing to everyone else. - Hockey
Hockey
The buzz factor varies on this game depending on how ruthless you want to get. To start you need teams of 2 people each. So you basically have an even number of players and you sit across from your partner. The three of clubs leads. The next player then tries to match the number of the previously played card.
If there is no match play continues until the cards match. The person who pays the matching card and their partner then make the losing team drink. Each person on the winning team picks a person on the losing team to "knock" for. Each person on the losing team drinks until their corresponding person knocks for them. Then the person after whoever played the last card leads off until all the cards have been played.
Eights and jacks are free cards. When an eight or jack is played regardless of whether the next person matches it you are safe and do not have to drink. Also you have to play two games - where the second game the cards are played in the opposite direction so the teams get a chance to get back at whoever was knocking for them in the first round.
Enjoy! - Horse Race
Horse Race
First take out all the Kings and Queens and line them up in a line. Then take the aces out and line them next to the Kings and Queens, so they make an "L". Then people choose who they think can win. Example: Person 1 says Spades, Person 2 Clubs, Person 3 Diamonds, Person 4 Hearts.
Then take the deck and lay down the top card. Depending on the suit the horse "ace" then moves one 1 spot parallel to the Kings and Queens line. Continue this until the first ace crosses the last card in the King and Queen line.
First place gets to give out 20 sips, second place gives out 15 sips, and third gives out 10 sips. Then reset the horses and do it again.
More than one person can bet on the same horse. If two people bet on same horse they each get to give out the number won, you don't split the winnings to give out. - In Between the Sheets
In Between the Sheets
First choose a dealer, that person goes first. The dealer lays down two cards side by side but leaving an empty space in between them (for another card). The person who's turn it is guesses if the next card is going to be in between the two or not. If they say yes, the dealer places the card in between the two. If it ends up falling in between those two cards, that person tells someone of their choice to drink. If not, that person has to drink.
Example: The dealer lays down two cards. The first is a King and the second is a three. Player 1 says "yes" and the dealer lays a card in between the three and the King. That card is a ten, Player 1 then tells a player of their choice to drink because ten falls in between a three and a King.
The player who was chosen to drink is then the next to go. If the card isn't between the two cards then the player must drink.
If a player says "no" then they drink if they are wrong, otherwise they make someone else drink. Decide how much a "drink" is before starting. Have fun! - Indian Forehead
Indian Forehead
Spread cards around on a table. Everyone picks a card. Without looking at it, stick it on your forehead so that everyone else can see the card that you have but you can't see it.
Then start around the circle betting sips of beer that you don't have the highest card. You should make a maximum bet, I recommend around a total of 20 sips. Anyway, go around the circle either raising the current bet or not. After everyone is done betting whoever has the highest card has to drink the given amount of sips. - Jack Back Queen Ahead
Jack Back Queen Ahead
You get as many people together as possible preferably at least six. Take a deck of cards and pull out the tens, jacks, queens, kings, aces and jokers. These are the cards you will use. Everyone sits in a circle each with a shot glass and whatever kind of alcohol is prefered (usually something stronger than beer). The first person pulls a card:
- a ten and you pick a category such as flavors of ice cream and go around the circle until someone pauses or messes up that person takes a shot
- a jack the person to your right must take a shot
- a queen the person to your left takes a shot
- a king you take a shot -an ace you pick someone to answer a truth question or to do a dare if they refuse they take 3 shots (don't tell them the truth or dare till they have decided to drink or not)
- a joker everyone takes a shot
Once you have used a card just put it back in the pile and move on to the next person until all of the alcohol is gone or no one can move anymore. - Killer and Detective
Killer and Detective
This game is a lot like cops & robbers, but just a bit different. Everyone sits around a table, and cards are dealt out -- one is an ace, one is a king. The ace is the killer, the king is the detective. Whoever is the killer must remain secret -- he kills by winking at people.
The detective starts guessing who the killer is after the first kill/wink. The game goes until everyone's dead or the killer is caught. If you're killed, you have to drink. If you're the detective, you drink for each person that got killed once the round's over. And if you're the killer, you have to drink as punishment if you're caught. Number of drinks can be determined before the game. Garuanteed to get the detective quickly blitzed, and everyone catches up eventually. - Kings
Kings
A deck of cards is used. A pitcher (or big cup) needs to be in the center of the table. The cards are placed around the pitcher in a circle. Play goes around the circle with each person drawing a card. The cards read as follows:
- Ace - Social (everyone drinks)
- 2-5 - Take that many sips (you drink)
- 6-9 - Give that many sips (you tell who to drink)
- 10 - To the left or to the right one sip (you pick which)
- Jack - Categories - the person who picks the card thinks of a topic, for example, cars. Then that person says a brand name like Ferrari. Everybody follows suit and the person who messes up drinks.
- Queen - Question - ask anyone a question, and they must drink as well
- King - Kings are little more different, the 1st king pours their beer or drink in the pitcher, then 2nd follows the first, the 3rd pours some in and then makes a time limit so when the 4th king is picked that person has to drink whatever is in the pitcher in the allotted time.
Prior to the game everyone should agree on how much a "sip" is.
Variations: This is a variation on the queen. Instead of having the queen being a question it can be the last person to touch their nose has to drink. - Kiss the Bride
Kiss the Bride
Lots of people can play this game. This game will allow you to get drunk as hell and laid! You take a deck of cards and the first person takes the top card. If it's a face card you kiss the opposite sex person closest to you. If it's a number card you take a drink.
- Liquid Hell
Liquid Hell
Place cards in five rows. Two in the first, three in the second, four in the third, three in the fourth, and two in the fifth. Deal out the remaining cards evenly between the players.
Flip over a card in the first row. The players with that card place it on top and give away as many drinks as there are cards in that row. (Two drinks for the first row and so on).
After you go through all of the rows, the person with the most cards left in their hands go through liquid hell. If there is a tie then both must suffer the consequences.
Shuffle all of the cards and place ten face down on the table. The person going through liquid hell tries to flip over all ten cards without getting a face card or an ace.
If they flip over a:
- Jack - two drinks, add two cards
- Queen - three drinks, add three cards
- King - four drinks, add four cards
- Ace - five drinks, add five cards
Keep going until all cards are gone either from the deck or successfully flipped over. - Memory
Memory
Grab a deck of cards. To choose to see who goes first play high card. The person with the highest card of the group gets to either go first or he/she chooses who goes first.
Now everyone has played Memory when they were a child, well the setup is the same. Lay the deck spread out and faced down. Now the group of people sits down in a circle around the cards, and the person selected to go first simply plays memory.
If that person is successful he/she gets to select a person to drink a shot or a gulp of beer. If they get a matching pair of the same color (i.e. a 5 of spades and a 5 of clubs), then they get to have 2 people drink or 1 person drink twice. If the person is unsuccessful, then they have to drink a shot or a gulp of beer, and the person to their left goes.
So you see there will be a lot of drinking, especially in the later rounds of the game. If you're caught trying to cheat you have to drink three shots or down 2 beers, before the game resumes, and it's your turn. We all hate cheaters, but in this game we all secretly hope to catch someone.
I suggest to get more than 2 people to play, so there is more alcohol consumption, however a minimum of 2 people is required. Also, shots are prefered to beers because of the high alcohol content. Cheers! - Midget
Midget
When you are in between games. Deal out 1 card to everybody at the table. Everybody then flips their card over and the person with the smallest card starts drinking while the rest of the group points at them and repeats, "Midget, midget, midget!", until they finish the rest of his or her drink or the group stops shouting midget.
- Mushroom
Mushroom
The rules are the same as Circle of Death, except instead of placing the cards in a discard pile they have to be placed on top a cup with two corners of the card hanging over the edge. Whoever knocks over the pile has to finish their beer. If only a few cards fall off then drink that many sips. Guaranteed to get one sloppy.
- Ninety Nine
Ninety Nine
This is an Uno like card game that goes to 99. Point values are as follows:
- Kings = sets total at 99
- 10's = -10
- 9's = 0
- 4's = reverse
- Jokers = 0
- Aces = 1 or 11
- Face cards = 10
- All other cards = face value
Up to 6 players can play at one time, you can include more, but you may run out of cards and the buzz factor becomes much lower. The cards are dealt clockwise, and the dealer places one card up, this starts the count to up to 99.
Example: a Queen is placed face up - the count is 10, the next player adds a 5, the count is 15, the next player add a King, the count is 99, next a 10 is played, the count is 89 etc.
Here are the rules:
- If the ace is placed upright by the dealer, the next player may pick the value of 1 or 11
- A king may be played at anytime, automatically bringing the total to 99
- Players may play whatever value card they choose, including a king, as long as the total does not exceed or stays at 99
- When a player no longer has cards that enable them to stay at or under 99 the game is over and that player loses
- A new game is then dealt
Drinking Factors:
- Anytime a player lays the same card as the previous player, the previous player must drink. If the next player in turn places a like card, the previous player must drink one, and the player before must drink two. The same hapens if the same card is played again, in succession.
- Anytime a 4 (reverse) is played, the player reversed on must drink
- When a joker is laid it counts as zero, but everone must take one drink
- When the count becomes 99 or very close and the player cannot stay under or at 99, the game is over and the player must finish their drink
The less people playing the more intense buzz factor. It may seem a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it the game is really fun. - Peasant Revolt
Peasant Revolt
For this game you will need a deck of cards (including the jokers) and at least six people. Cards are distributed to each person. The royal court consists of the King, Queen, Jack, and Joker. Everyone else is a peasant. The ace is described below. If two people receive the same royalty card, the higher suit receives the honor.
Suit Order: Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs
The roles are as follows:
- King: Picks out the cards. Can tell anyone to drink, including himself. Can raise the taxes, meaning peasants go dry.
- Queen: Advises the King what to do. If the king doesn't like it, he can tell her to drink.
- Jack: Drinks every time the King drinks. If a Jack is drawn, he can tell someone to drink.
- Joker: Acts as a peasant. When a joker is drawn, however, he must finish his beer.
- Peasants: drink every time the king tells them to.
- Ace Man: Acts as a peasant, unless an ace is drawn - the rules for which are outlined below.
The king starts by picking a card. What happens depends on what card is drawn. The rules for the cards are outlined below:
- 2-10: The king decides whether the peasants will drink for that many seconds, or will go dry for that many rounds - this is called raising the taxes. He can also pick any person and have them drink for that many seconds. If he wants, he can choose to rest on the card and do nothing.
- Jack: The jack decides who drinks. He then draws a card and the person drinks for that many seconds.
- Queen: The queen draws a card and drinks for that many seconds. If another royalty card is drawn, then that person drinks with the queen for the number of seconds on the following card.
- King: He drinks for the number of seconds on the following card. If he draws a royalty card, that person drinks with him for that many seconds. The Jack person also has to drink.
- Joker: Joker tells joke and finishes his beer.
- Ace: If an ace is drawn, it is a peasant revolt. The Ace person and the King draw cards until one of them gets either an ace or a king. If the king picks an ace, or the ace person picks a king, then the king becomes a peasant, and the ace person becomes the king. If the king draws a king, or the ace person draws an ace, then the roles stay the same and the king finishes his beer in celebration.
If the roles change, than the ace person becomes king. When the next ace is drawn, the former king and the new king draw cards until either an ace or king is drawn. The rules are the same as before, except for that if the new king loses, then the queen becomes king, and both of the former kings become peasants. This works the same up to the jack. The game is over when the jack has become king and loses a peasant revolt.
Once the ace is drawn, the king and the ace man should immediately begin drawing cards. If one of them turns over multiple cards, all of them are nulled.
Special cards:
- Doubles: Everyone drinks for the number of seconds as the doubles.
- Double royalty: That person drinks for twice the number of seconds on the following card. If he draws another royalty, that person drinks with him. If he draws his own card a third time, he finishes his beer.
- Queen of Hearts: Queen finishes beer
- King of Spades: King finishes beer or queen becomes king, his choice. If queen becomes king, then ace man is nulled. - 2 of Clubs: Peasants all finish beer, Ace man becomes king
After cards are drawn, they are thrown in a discard pile. When the discard pile becomes larger than the original, or after a peasant war, the discard pile is shuffled into the original. - Pitcher Game 1
Pitcher Game 1
This game is pretty easy to play and involves lots of drinking. To begin place all cards face down around a pitcher. Then, in turn, each player draws a card and follows the rules below:
- 2 is you - The person who drew it drinks
- 3 is a rule - Make a rule, anyone who breaks it drinks
- 4 is the floor - Last one to touch the floor drinks
- 5 is alive - Social, everyone drinks
- 6 is a category - Whoever screws up or repeats something has to drink
- 7 is heaven - Last person to raise their hand drinks
- 8 is straight - Person straight across from you drinks
- 9 is busta rhyme - Whoever can't think of one drinks
- 10 - Waterfall
- Jack - The person to your left drinks
- Queen - The person to your right drinks
- King - Pour as much beer as you want into the pitcher
- Ace - Whoever draws the 4th ace must drink the entire pitcher - Polish Poker
Polish Poker
A deck of cards is placed in the center of the table. Each player draws one card and without looking at it places it face out on their forehead (so everyone but them sees it). Each player in turn folds or stays. The player who stays with the lowest card takes as many drinks as the number on the winners card.
For example: If player one has a 4 and everyone else folds but player 5, and he has a 9, player 1 takes 9 drinks.
There are no drink substitutions. If you start with whiskey you finish with whiskey. Face cards are 10 points. Aces are 15. If your dumb enough to stay when someone has an ace then you deserve it. If you peek at your card and get caught, well that's 20 drinks, sorry. Last man standing wins. - Potluck
Potluck
Everyone sits in a circle and takes a beer. Pour half the beer into a plastic cup and keep the rest in the can/bottle. Place a large pitcher in the middle of the circle. Deal one card to every player. Go around the circle flipping each card. If your card is black, you take a sip of your can. If your card is red, pour the cup of beer into the pitcher.
Special cards:
- Jack - chug your entire can
- Queen - skip turn
- King - pick another player to chug his/her can
- Ace - drink the pitcher, no matter how full or empty it is - Puker
Puker
Same as the card game Euchre. Here are the rules:
- Turn a bower, other team drinks
- Get euchred, you drink
- Go alone and make it, other team drinks
- Go alone and don't make it, you drink
I think you get the idea. We play with whiskey and a shot glass but that is up to you.
Admin Note: Anyone want to submit the rules for Euchre? thanks. - Pyramid
Pyramid
Make a pyramid shape with the cards with 5 cards at the bottom and 1 card at the top. The player must turn over a card in every row and get to the top card without turning over a face card or an ace.
The scores for each card are as follows:
- 2-9 - Nothing
- 10 - 1 sip, but you may carry on
- Jack - 2 sips
- Queen - 3 sips
- King - 4 sips
- Ace - 5 sips
If the player turns over a Jack, Queen, King, or Ace they must start all over again and all used cards must be replaced! The deck gets reshuffled continuously. Warning, it can get very depressing when you get to the top only to find an Ace!
Special Rule: The player must be warned that they are not allowed to quit no matter how long it takes. I have personally seen this game take over an hour to get out! - Queens
Queens
You need a deck of cards but not a full deck. Take out everything except 7 through King. Place all cards face down on a table in random order. Sit in a circle and follow these directions.
One person grabs one card at a time. Go in a clockwise order. If they pull:
- 7 - they drink
- 8 - everybody drinks
- 9 - person to the left drinks
- 10 - person to the right drinks
- Jack - person right across from you drinks
- Queen - whoever selects a queen chooses a category and the first person to mess up drinks
Example: Category=American cars. Go around the circle naming American cars. Whoever can't think of one must drink.
- King - Get a tall glass or cup. If one selects a king, you must pour beer or whatever everyone is drinking into the cup (as much or as little as you want to put in). The person who pulls the last king from the stack has to drink the entire cup. Remember you might be the one to have to drink the cup so wage moderately. - Red and Black
Red and Black
The cards are placed in a pile and players guess if the card will be black or red. If they are correct, they give out that number of sips. If they are wrong, they take that number of sips. Can't get any simpler than that, can it?
- Screw Your Buddy
Screw Your Buddy
Played by three or more people. The object of this game is to not have the highest card, an ace. Dealer gives one card to each player. The player to the left of the dealer decides whether to keep their card or switch with the player to the left of them. That player then decides if they want to switch, etc. The dealer has the choice of keeping his card, or taking a new card from the top of the deck. Whoever has the highest card drinks for a predetermined amount of time. Game moves fast.
- Seven and a Half
Seven and a Half
First take out the 8's, 9's, and 10's from the deck. Shuffle the rest of the deck and decide who will be the dealer. He deals one card to one player face down and one to himself face down. The player looks at his card and determines if he will get closer to seven and a half than the dealer. Each card is worth face value and jacks, queens, and kings are worth a half. Aces are worth 1.
You bet between one and five drinks after the first card, then like blackjack you take a hit or stay stay under seven and half. If you go over seven and half you must show your cards and drink your bet. Beat the dealer and he drinks the bet.
The dealer plays each player one at a time until the deck is gone. When finished he passes the deck to the person to his left. This can get fun because later on everyone will bet five. - Shit Faced
Shit Faced
This game will get you smashed as long as you play it at least a few times. More than likely one or two people will get screwed.
You need at least four people for this game to be fun. Place four beers in a row. Participants sit in a circle around them. The four beers represent each of the four face cards in a deck (Ace, King, Queen, Jack). Deal the first person a card face up, if they get a face card they have to drink a quarter of the beer that represents that card, then deal to them again. If the person gets a card other than a face card, then deal to the next person. Continue this process until all 16 face cards are gone, along with the beer.
In my experiences with this game, a couple people tend to get many face cards, and quite often in a row. - Shit Faced Driver
Shit Faced Driver
Play with as many players as you want. Designate a driver, this person will get the most wasted. Each person draws a card from the deck. This is your number but if you pull an ace or face card, draw again. The driver then draws 20 cards from the deck.
If your number is pulled, then you are in the car. When face cards are pulled, Ace gets 4 drinks, King gets 3, Queen gets 2, and Jack gets 1. Also when these cards are pulled you take out the same number of cards off the main deck as drinks. For instance if you pull a K the driver and anyone else in the car takes 3 drinks plus pull out 3 more cards from the main deck. But remember if your card is pulled while you're in the car, then you're out of the car until your number is pulled again.
Usually you'll go through the whole deck and the driver ends up being hammered. Then you switch drivers. - Showdown
Showdown
You need at least 10 players to play. Everybody gets a card dealt face up. Whoever has a match with someone else has a showdown. You deal each person with a match a card face down. Whoever has the lowest card gets to drink a whole beer.
If they match again then they have a double showdown. Whoever gets the lowest card drinks two beers. The game continues until everybody passes out or throws up. There is no winner, it's just a fun game to get fucked up playing. - Skins
Skins
Shuffle a deck of cards, and go around a circle of 2-10 people. More people if you want.
The first person says high or low, where low is a 2-8 and high is a 9-ace. Someone pulls a card from the deck, and if they're wrong they have to take a drink.
If the person is right, then it goes to the next person as two "skins", and he/she guesses high or low. If they're wrong then they take two drinks. If their right, then it goes to the third person with 3 skins...etc...
Once someone is wrong and takes their shots, then it starts over with one skin. It's kind of like the golf game "skins". - Socialize
Socialize
This game is best played with 4 or more people. First, shuffle the deck, then toss the cards on the table and just push them around so they're all over the table (facedown).
Now, choose someone to go first (rotation always goes to left of the first person). The person randomly draws a card from the table. Flip it over so everyone can see. The cards have the following rules to them:
- Ace: you can make anyone drink once
- 2: you can make one person drink twice or you can split it up however you want it
- 3: make a person drink 3 times or split it up
- 4: make a person drink 4 times or split it up
- 5: make a person drink 5 times or split it up
- 6: Person to the left of you drinks one
- 7: person to the right of you drinks one
- 8: you drink one
- 9: social, everyone drinks one
- 10: you have to get your thumb on the table. Last one to get their thumb on the table has to drink
- Jack: questions, you have to ask someone a question, they can't respond in any way, and they can't laugh, they have to just turn around and ask someone else a question. So basically you want to ask someone a dirty question to make them laugh =)
- Queen: catagories, you can choose any catagory you like. For example, say you chose brands of cigarettes. You could start off by saying a brand of cigarettes (like Marlboro or Newport). And it goes around and the first person who can't think of one has to drink. You can choose any catagory, cigarettes, cartoon characters, Songs by a certain band, etc...
- King: is a Presidential Social (waterfall), everyone starts to drink. But you can't put down your beer until the Person who flipped over the card puts his down. But when he puts his down, the person to the left of him becomes the new president. Everyone (except the old presidents) have to keep drinking until he stops. This goes around circle of people until there can be no more presidents. And let me tell you, it sucks to be the last person!
After you draw a card, just stick it in the discard pile. When all cards are flipped over. Shuffle them and do it again!!!! - Speed Bump
Speed Bump
This is a one person game. Someone deals eight cards face down layed out in a row and places the shot glass in the middle; so there is four cards on each side of the shot. Fill the shot, this is the speed bump.
Now, the player starts flipping up the cards starting on either end of the row. If the card is from 2 to 10 then the player keeps going. If the card is a Jack the player must drink 1 and the dealer places 1 card face down in that spot. If the card drawn is a Queen then it is 2 drinks and 2 cards. 3 for Kings and 4 four Aces. Note that the row can grow to more than eight cards.
Now, anytime the player goes over the speed bump then they must drink it. That includes going backwards. Example: If the player draws a queen on the card past the speed bump then he/she drinks 2, gets two more cards, drinks the shot, and now must go over the speed bump again!!
Player wins when he gets to the end of the row. - Split
Split
Basically, all you need is one deck of cards. You all take turns to split the deck and take the next card. Whoever has the lowest card (aces are high) must finish their drink. If there is a draw then the equal participants draw again and the loser must take two shots!
The game is played ideally with vodka or whiskey.
Variations: If you pick the same value card as the person before you then you must drink immediately and the person before you gets an automatic ticket to the next round (ie. he sits out and enjoys the fun!!) You also have to drink again if your card remains the lowest in the group.
Also, prior to the game, you can select a "Death Card" (say the five of spades) and if anyone picks this then they must take three shots.
Happy drinking!! - Spoons
Spoons
The Buzz Factor in this game is pretty variable as to how you want to make people drink. I'll get to that later. The main enjoyment in this game is that it can end up causing extremely high amounts of pain to certain players while the rest of the group gets to giggle inanely at them.
First, pull certain numbers from the deck, depending on how many people are playing. If there are 5 people, pull the Aces, Kings, Queens, Jacks, and 10s. If 6, then pull those plus the 9s. If 4, then leave behind the 10s. Easy enough. Then, get enough spoons for everyone but one player...like 5 players, 4 spoons. Lay them out in the middle of the circle of players.
Deal out all of the cards. Everyone picks up their cards, and then the dealer starts calling "Pass!". When s/he says pass, each player must take one card from their hand and pass it to the left. The dealer may also choose to swtich direction by saying something akin to "Pass right!". It works best if the dealer calls this every 3-4 seconds, so no one really has a chance to relax with their cards. This continues until someone gets four-of-a-kind, and then that player grabs a spoon and puts down their cards. All the other players then have to grab for a spoon, the loser being the one left out.
Now, here's the variations on rules:
Number of drinks: This pretty much is up to the players. You can play it that the loser has to drink the value of the cards that the four-of-a-kind holder had...like four jacks = 11 drinks. Another is drink the amount of players, or for as many seconds as there are players. As I said, it's really up to you.
Fight over last spoon: This depends on how painful you want the game to get. Some people play that, if two people have the last spoon, whoever has the big end wins. It's entirely more entertaining, however, if you just let the two of them wrestle for it until one of them can get it away from the other player. I've personally been dragged across a dining room table and more or less flipped to the floor while holding onto the spoon by a much larger player. Hurt like hell, but it was entertaining.
Points: You can play for points, i.e., when you lose, you get a point, and it keeps going until someone hits the point limit. Then, force them to drink some arbitrary amount. - Storytime
Storytime
You start off by taking all of the 9's to aces out of the deck and putting the other cards aside. Deal out all the cards, works best with four or more players. Then it is as simple as flipping over your card. Dealer goes first and flips over the top card of his little pile. The cards mean the following:
- 9 - Story - That person starts a story by saying one word. The next person say the previous word plus adds one of his own. The third person say the previous two words plus adds his own. The story has to make sense and a player can't take to long to think of a word. If he forgets to say a word or messes up then he/she drinks.
- 10 - Topic - The person who flipped over the card starts by saying a word. The next person in turn has to say a word that is related to the first word....and so on. The first person to say a word that doesn't relate or can't think of a word...drinks.
- Jack - Social - Everyone drinks....everyone must say cheers and clink glasses before they drink or they drink twice.
- Queen - Girls drink - same rules apply as for the Jack.
- King - Guys drink - same rules apply as for the Jack and Queen.
- Ace - This one is the most fun. As soon as someone flips over the ace he has the "Power". He has two choices...he/she can either make up a rule like..."Whoever swears, drinks" or "any person to point, drinks." Or they can do an action like touching their nose. Everytime the person who has the "Power" touches his nose, everyone has to do it...the last person to touch his nose drinks.
This game is a lot of fun....You can get pretty wasted. Have fun. - Suicidal 666
Suicidal 666
You will need a deck of cards, two or three shot glasses depending on the amount of people playing, a medium sized glass, and a lot of beer.
All players sit in a circle around a table with the medium sized glass filled with beer and placed in the center. The dealer starts the game by flipping over a card for the first player and the player drinks according to the rules below. After he has taken his drinks, the dealer flips a card over for the next player and so on.
Special Rules - If the dealer flips over these cards for you do the following:
- Evens - you give someone else that many drinks
- Odds - you take that many drinks
- 10 - take five drinks, each other player gets one turn to bounce a quarter into a shot glass. If they miss you don't drink, if they make it you drink five more for each person that makes it.
- 7 - you get to make up a rule and a consequence for breaking it. ex-No pointing.
- Jack - Category. You pick a category, NFL teams for example, and the players take turns naming NFL teams. If someone messes up or stalls they drink the glass in the middle of the table and refill it.
- Queen - You ask someone a question. They have to ask someone else a question without answering the one they were asked and so on. If someone answers a question or stalls they have to drink the glass in the middle of the table and refill it.
- King - Variation of speed quarters. Start the shot glasses opposite of each other on the table. If a lot of people are playing you use three glasses. Each person shoots the quarter until they make it and then pass the glass to the next person. When all the shot glasses catch up to one person they drink the glass in the middle of the table and refill it.
- Ace - Each person takes as many chances as they need to shoot a quarter into a shot glass. The person who takes the most turns drinks the glass in the middle of the table and refills it.
- 6 - The first three 6's you give six drinks to someone. The person who gets the last six has to either chug or shotgun a full beer.
Have fun, but proceed with caution. It's a killer game! - Suicide Kings
Suicide Kings
Have a bottle of tequila, limes, and salt in the center of the table with a shot glass. Open up beers that chase tequila well.
Each person draws a card in turn:
- Ace: All drink
- 2-5: You drink once
- 6-9: Person to left drinks once
- 10: You drink twice
- Jack: Pick someone to drink twice
- Queen: Shiver Shot Taken! The person on your left picks a person to give you a shiver shot: lick their neck, salt it. Give them the lime to hold in their mouth. Lick the salt, shoot the tequila, suck the lime.
- King: Shiver Shot Given! Choose who you give a shiver shot to!
- King of Hearts: The Suicide King requires an all play. The person drawing the card chooses the game all others must play. For instance, each person could be required to use the word vacuum in a phrase involving sex. Or each person could be required to take a shiver shot. Objectors to the King of Hearts' game remove two articles of clothing and/or perform a forfeit. - Suits
Suits
Sit in a circle. Dealer calls a suit then deals the cards, one at a time, face up until that suit appears. The person who got the suit that was called has to drink the number of seconds on the card while the person to the right counts.
Here is the tricky part. Before the person drinking sets down their drink they have to call another suit. If they don't, they have to drink four more seconds. If they finish drinking their drink before the person to their right gets done counting, the person to the right has to finish their drink. So pay attention! - Suits Roulette
Suits Roulette
For this game you need a deck of cards and four glasses. Fill the glasses with two non-alcoholic drinks and two alcoholic drinks. For example water, juice, mixed drink, and beer.
People sit in a circle and a person draws a card from the deck. They drink from the designated glass for the number of seconds on the card. Face cards count as 12 seconds and aces cause everyone else drink the respective drink for 5 secs.
The cards mean the following:
- Spades - Mixed Drink
- Diamonds - Beer
- Clubs - Water
- Hearts - Juice
The game goes till there is one person left standing. Simple and easy game to get people drunk quick! - Super Solitare
Super Solitare
In this game, you set up a game of solitare. If you don't know how to play solitare your screwed. You start playing and if you reach a card that you can't place anywhere you take a drink. You and your friends can take turns and if anyone finishes a game they take 10 drinks.
- Tequila Blackjack
Tequila Blackjack
Start with 3 packs of cards and 4-6 players including the dealer. Also have on hand 2-3 bottles of tequila, a whole bunch of lemons and a lot of salt. Normal casino rules exist for dealer - has to sit above 17 and hit on 16.
Players drink a tequila slammer when:
- They go bust
- They get beaten by the dealer
- They have the lowest hand total out of the remaining players
- When dealer or any player gets a blackjack, all players must down a slammer
Dealer drinks a slammer when:
- They bust
- When any player gets a blackjack
- When all players beat delear's total
It is recomended that the slicing of lemons occurs previous to the game - not half way through. Also due to the pace and deadliness of the game, it is recommended that the dealer takes their time shuffeling the shoe.
This game is really devestating - have a blast. Also keep on hand back up bottles of tequila and a bucket!! - Thumb Man
Thumb Man
This game is best played with 4 or more players. Take a regular deck of 52 cards and spread them around on the table randomly. One person draws first and the card they draw determines what they do:
- Ace - Question Card. You look at a person and ask them a question. They don't even have to know that you drew an ace. You ask them a question and they must respond by asking a question to another person, NOT the one that asked them. This continues until someone messes up and that person must drink 5 drinks.
- King - Finish what's left of your beer
- Queen - Make a rule to the game (i.e. every time I drink, the person to my right must match that amount of drinks)
- Jack - The Thumb-Man. This is the fun part of the game. Whoever draws the Thumb-Man Card, is the Thumb-Man. Whenever he feels like it, he sticks out his thumb (during other people's turns, when someone is not paying attention, etc). It must be visible to everyone but not necessarily over exaggerated. The last person to notice must take 5 drinks.
- 10 - I never card. You must say something that you have never done. If someone has done it, they must drink.
- 9 - I always card. Opposite of an I never card.
- 8 - Person to your right drinks 3 drinks
- 7 - Person to your left drinks 3 drinks
- 6 - Play reverses from clockwise to counter-clockwise or viseversa
- 5 - Distribute 5 drinks to the other players in any order and any amount.
- 4 - Drink 2, distrubute 2
- 3 - Drink 3 drinks
- 2 - Drink 2 drinks
It might be handy to print this out, this game get you blitzed pretty fast... :) - Trap
Trap
This game requires at least 4 people and a deck of cards. All players sit in a circle or around a table. Someone then deals out all of the cards.
Once all of the cards are dealt out, the player who has the ace of spades lays it down. If the player to the left of this person does not have another ace to match this, that player drinks. That person is now trapped between the person on the left and right of them. These players try and lay down cards they think the person in the middle does not have. For each card the trapped player does not have, they drink.
When they finally have a card, they lay this card down and if the person next to them does not have this card then they are now trapped and so on.
Once a player goes out, all of the other players have to drink one drink for every card left in thier hand. - Uno Consumo
Uno Consumo
Simply play the card game Uno with these additional drinking stipulations:
- If you pass - 1 drink
- If you draw a card - 1 drink
- If you are skipped - 1 drink
- If you are reversed to - 1 drink
- If you forget to say UNO - 1 per all opponents cards
If you UNO give drinks for value of last card - Numbered Cards - drink face value - Wild - 11 drinks - Wild Draw 4 - 12 drinks - "Face" Cards - 10 drinks
When someone else UNOs - Each number card - 1 drink - "Face" card - 2 drinks - Wild - 3 drinks - Wild Draw Four - 4 drinks
All rules are cumulative! Example: If a draw two was played on you, you would drink three times (1 for being skipped and 2 for the draw). - Up and Down the River
Up and Down the River
Deal 4 cards to everyone face up. The dealer takes one card from the remaining cards and says "take one". Anyone who has that card drinks once. If you have two of that card you drink double, three...triple, etc. The dealer flips the next card and says "take two" same as before only its 2 drinks for each card you have that matches. After that it goes take 3 then take 4. It then is give four, give three, give two, and give one. Then start the sequence over until you run out of cards.
- War
War
This game is played with two people. Play the original card game War, if you get a higher card then the other person, you win and they drink. If a tie occurs, three cards are laid down and a fourth is distributed. Turn over the fourth and whoever get the higher wins. The loser drinks an amount to be determined by the winner. NOT to exceed 3 shots, as this game goes very quick.
Play with more then two decks to make this interesting. - Waterfall
Waterfall
First start out by seperating the cards. Just keep the 4 jacks, 4 queens, 4 kings, and 4 aces. Then set up the cards 4 X 4 (four rows, four columns).
You take turns flipping over cards with the following results:
- Jack is a topic. The person who flipped over the card pick a subject and you go around the circle naming things that fit the topic. The person who messes up on the topic has to take 5 drinks or 2 shots.
- Queen is a rule. You make up a rule like "no pointing", "no names", or something like that.
- Kings are a bathroom break, make someone chug a beer, or 2 shots.
- Ace is a waterfall. A waterfall is where the person who flipped over the card drinks and no one can stop until the person who flipped over the card.
- 9 Heads
9 Heads
A very good game for a laugh - will get you drunk very quickly if you're unlucky, and will cost you nothing if you're lucky. Ideally, the more the merrier.
A coin is flipped and passed around the group, keeping count of each time it lands on heads. The person who gets the third head has to pick the most vile shot they can conceive. The person who gets the sixth head has to go and buy the concoction, and the person who gets the ninth head has to down it - usually accompanied by some very entertaining facial expressions. - Anchor Man
Anchor Man
Two teams sit on opposite sides of a table and try to get a quarter into a full pitcher of beer. To start the game flip a coin, and have a team call heads or tails in the air. If correct that team starts.
Each team member shoots a quarter, trying to make it land in the pitcher. Each player only shoots once per turn even if they are successful in putting the quarter in the pitcher. Once everyone on the team shoots, the other team now shoots in order. The first team to put all 4 of their quarters in the pitcher is the winner. This means the losing team has to drink the contents of the pitcher (usually 4-5 beers depending on the size of the pitcher). But before they drink, the winning team has to pick someone to be the "Anchorman".
The anchorman must drink last and finish the remaining beer, whether it is just a sip or the whole pitcher. Teammates of the anchorman must drink first and decide how much they leave for the anchorman. While drinking, the teammates cannot take their lips off of the pitcher. If they do, they must pass the pitcher to the next person. The anchorman can take his lips off of the pitcher but has a 2 minute time limit to finish the pitcher. Once he finishes the pitcher, fill it up again and play the game once more.
When we play this game we usually have a wide variety of beer that gets poured into the pitcher to make it even nastier. Our rivalries get so intense sometimes that we actually "let the anchorman go dry". We have had situations where our heavier drinkers have finished a full pitcher of beer alone, but that was back in the college days. On a scale of 1-10 on the heavy drinking meter I would rate Anchorman a 10. It was not unusual to play this game and finish 15-20 pitchers in a night. - Baseball
Baseball
This is one of my favorite games and if you are good at it people are guaranteed to get smashed. Get four different sized glasses (shot glass, coffee mug, beer mug, pitcher). First align all the glasses in a line starting with the shot glass in front and the larger glasses lined up behind it in ascending order (smallest to largest). Each glass should then be filled with beer.
The different sized glasses represent baseball hits (shot glass is a single, behind that a double, then a triple and finally a home run). This game can be played with as few as two people.
The participants are divided into teams hopefully of equal size and skill. The game goes like this: each team has three chances (outs) to bounce a quarter into one of the filled glasses from a certain distance away from the first glass (shot glass). This distance has varied somewhat each time I've played but about a foot away from the first glass is typical. If a quarter goes in a glass, the opposing team must drink that glass and all the glasses below it. All glasses must be finished and are immediately replaced and refilled before the next batter throws his/her quarter.
People on each team need to establish a batting order and stick to it when shooting their quarters. If someone misses a glass that counts as one out. If someone gets one in then the inning continues. When three people have missed in an inning it's time for the other team to bat. This goes on for nine innings.
Scoring is simple, runs are driven in by teammates forcing them in with numerous hits. (i.e.. a single followed by a triple scores the single and leaves a man on third for the next batter. A double after a single would put runners on first and third, etc. A home run clears the bases and scores the hitters run.) When the game has finished nine innings the runs are tallied and the losing team has to drink all the cups one more time. - Battleship
Battleship
This is a 2 vs 2 quarters variation game. The teams sit across from each other on a table. Two lines of 4 cups each are put in the middle of the table, about a foot apart like this:
X X
------
0000
0000
------
X X
The game uses 2 quarters. Each team picks a side of the coin. One team is HEADS and the other is TAILS. The coins are flipped to decide who gets the quarters for beggining play. Once the quarters are assigned. Play begins by trying to sink the "battleship" that is in front of the other team by bouncing the quarters in the cups and following the rules below.
- Your teams "battleship" makes up an imaginary line, you can only bounce the quarter from behind or on this line that your teams ship is on.
- If the quarter lands behinds a team's ship line, it is that team's quarter. If it lands in the middle it goes to the team that is named it's side. (Note: if quarter is spinning you may slam it down to speed up the game to see what it is.
- You may not use the quarter until the drink it was sunk in is fully drank.
- Once a drink is finished you must replace it in the spot it was originally in. (Note: while you teammate is drinking you may shoot in between the cups for a better angle..."Shooting the Gap")
- The winning team is the team that sinks each cup in the other team's "battleship"... "you sunk my battleship!" - Box
Box
This is one of the simplest games around. Grab an empty beer case box bottom and a quarter. You should have a fairly large group of people because the game is fast and highly intoxicating.
A player takes a turn by throwing the quarter into one of the indented circles in the box. Once they hit the circle, you circle it and write whatever rule in that place you want. Whenever anyone lands on that spot from then on, they (or the rest of the players depending on the rule) must do whatever the rule says [e.g. girls drink, drink an entire beer, finish your beer, etc] That's it. Enjoy. - Burn the Napkin
Burn the Napkin
This game is good for two or more people. First, get a container with a good sized circumference, fill it with beer, cover the top with a napkin, and then place a coin in the center. Then, with a lit cigarette, burn holes around the coin.
The person who makes the coin fall in, has to chug the beer. When the container is empty, fill it up again, and start over with a fresh napkin. - Chandeliers
Chandeliers
A large glass is filled with beer and put in the center of the table. The smaller glasses are also filled with beer, arranged around the center glass in a circle, and in front of each player.
The player in possession of the quarter tries to bounce it into one of the glasses. If the quarter lands in one of the small glasses, the player whose glass it lands in has to drink the beer in his/her glass and fill the glass back up with beer. If the quarter lands in the large center glass, every player has to chug the beer in his/her small glass. The player who is last to set his/her glass down has to drink the beer in the large center glass.
The quarter is passed to the next player when the previous player fails to put the quarter in a glass. Warning: If the center glass is not hit much, the beer becomes warm, and this adds to the fun, especially late in the game. - Flip the Quarter
Flip the Quarter
You need at least two people and a lot of beer. You take turns flipping a quarter, if it's heads, you take a sip, if it's tails, you flip it again.
(have fun with this one guys. it gets real competitive) - Flip, Sip, or Strip
Flip, Sip, or Strip
The game is best with 3 to 5 people, but more and the game will last longer. The rules are simple. Flip a coin and while it is in the air, call heads or tails. If you guess right, pass the coin to your right. If you guess wrong, pass the coin to your left and either take one article of clothing off (anything that is a pair counts as one item) or drink a shot. One catch, you cannot do the same thing (sip or strip) more than twice in a row.
- Guess the Coin
Guess the Coin
Two playes sit opposite to each other. One holds a coin behind his back. Shuffle it around a bit and show both (closed) hands. The other players have to guess which hand the coin is in. If they get the right hand then the person holding the coin has to drink. Otherwise the guesser has to drink. It is allowed to have two coins behind your back. So the other person always has to drink no matter what hand he picks. If you show your closed hands, and the other person points both hands and he's right, YOU have to drink twice. When he's wrong (and you have one coin instead of two ) HE has to drink twice.
- Heads or Tails
Heads or Tails
You need two dice, 1 quarter, and a beer for this game. The rules are as follows:
A person rolls the dice, then the person next to them flips a quarter. The roller calls heads or tails while the quarter is in the air. If the roller is wrong, they have to drink the number showing on the dice. If the roller is right, they can pass out the number of drinks in any way they wish. - Hide the Quarter
Hide the Quarter
You get a minimum of four people to sit around a table, even amount on each side. One team puts their hands under the table and passes the quarter back and forth between themselves for about ten seconds. Then they all slam their hands flat (open palm) on the table. Then other team has to guess who has the coin and which hand it's under. If unsucessful, they drink. If successful the other team drinks.
- Irish Quarters
Irish Quarters
You need a quarter, a cup, and lots of beer to play this game. To start fill a cup half full of beer. The game goes like this:
- Spin the quarter
- Drink the beer in the cup
- Fill the cup with more beer
- Grab the quarter before it stops spinning
- The next person repeats the above process
If the quarter stops spinning before you stop it you must drink whatever you poured into the cup. - Moose 2
Moose 2
You start with an empty ice-cube tray and a bowl. Place the ice-cube tray the long way in front of the first player with the bowl at the end of the tray. The left side of the tray is "give" and the right is "take". "Give" means you count how many squares away from you the quarter is and you give out that many drinks. "Take" means you drink that much.
To start, you must bounce the quarter off of the table so that it somehow lands in the tray. It is one's turn until he/she either misses the tray or lands on the "take" side. A player can also "chance" their next bounce. To chance means that the player gets one more chance to play, but if he/she misses the tray, he/she must drink the bowl, filled to the rim with beer. If their quarter lands on the "give" side, then it remains their turn until, well, I just explained that.
The reason this game is called "Moose" is because if the quarter lands in the last square in the tray farthest away from the player (either side), everyone puts their hands up by their heads and yells "Moose". The last person to do this has to drink the bowl.
And lastly, if the player's quarter lands in the bowl, he/she must drink the bowl (and loses their turn, no chances). Enjoy your drinks! - Moosecock
Moosecock
This game is similar to Speed Quarters. Set up is as follows:
- Glass of beer in the middle of the table
- Two shot glasses on either side of it
- Two quarters
Starts with two people across from each other. They try to bounce the quarters into the shot glasses. Once the quarter gets in, pass to your left. If two people get their quarters in the same shot glass before the opposite person gets it it theirs, then that person has to chug the beer.
If someone gets the quarter in the center beer glass, everyone yells "Moosecock" and puts their hands on their head like antlers. The last person to put their hands up is the "Moosecock" and has to chug the beer. You can make it more interesting by requiring the "Moosecock" to do something. - O-Ring
O-Ring
This game is played with team of 2-4 players per team. You can have 2-4 teams as well. Each team gets one quarter. Each team selects a card from the deck. Whoever selects the highest card from the deck goes first and it continues toward the right.
Get a pitcher of beer and arrange the cards in a ring around the pitcher of beer. Bounce the quarter off the table and try to get it into the pitcher of beer. If the quarter goes into the pitcher, choose any team to drink the entire pitcher and your team starts the next game. If you miss the pitcher, you draw a card from the ring around the pitcher. The rules for the cards are as follows:
- 2-8 Black: Multiply the card value by 2 and each player in that team drinks for that many seconds.
- 2-8 Red: Multiply the card value by 2 and choose any other team to drink for that many seconds.
- 9 "Do or Die": Choose one player from the opposite team. They must try to get the quarter in the pitcher. If they do not succeed, they must down an entire beer. If they do succeed, they chooose an entire team to down their beers.
- 10 Waterfall: Every team except for the team that chooses the card must start a "waterfall". Start from left to right. You can't stop drinking till the person to your left stops.
- Jack "Bathroom Pass": If you draw a Jack, than that person can drop an 0-ring (use the bathroom). The Jack may only be used once by the person.
- Queen "Beer Bitch": If you draw a queen, this signifies that your entire team must do whatever the other teams say until another team draws a queen.
- King Rule: If you draw a King, this allows your team to make a rule, e.g. no touching your face. This rule lasts throughout the whole game. Whomever breaks the rule must drink for ten seconds.
- Ace "Social": Everyone clinks their bottles and drinks their own beers (like a toast). - Oulies
Oulies
Each player has three coins in their hands. It doesn't matter what kind they are just as long as they're coins. Everyone sits around a table with both hands under the table with the coins.
Everyone secretly decides how many coins they want in one hand. Then everyone places their hand (only one) on the table. One person is it and they guess how many coins there are TOTAL between everyone who is playing. Then the next person goes and so on.
After everyone is done guessing everyone shows their hands and whoever guesses the right amount is out. Meaning that everyone else has to drink. They have to drink how many coins there were total. The game keeps going until you can't drink anymore.
You can also play it where the person who gets out is out for the rest of the game and you keep playing until only one person is left. That person must finish their drink. - Quarter Cubes
Quarter Cubes
A horribly simple game with plenty of drinking. The object is to shoot a quarter into an ice cube tray. If you hit on the right side, you give a drink. If you hit on the left, you take a drink. You give or take however many cubes from the closest/first you land in with the initial cube being 1 drink and in a 7 cube tray the last, seven.
- Quarters
Quarters
Quarters can be played with any number of players. Play is best with 3-6 players. Competitors sit around a table, hard wood works best but you might need to experiment. To decide who will go first, spin the quarter. When it stops, it will be pointing at the person that starts. I use Lincoln's nose or the Eagle's beak. Once established, the game begins.
The shooter tries to bounce a quarter off the table and into a glass. If the quarter goes into the glass, the shooter chooses a person at the table to consume. The amount or size of the drink is debatable. This should be decided before the game starts. The shooter's turn is over when he/she does not make the quarter in the cup. Play then proceeds the next shooter.
To make things more exciting, rules are developed by the shooters only after making three quarters into the glass in a row. If any rules are broken, the guilty party must consume.
There's other optional rules that some people play, too, such as Rims. If a player hits the rim of the cup, they get another shot. If they do it 3 times in a row, they drink. You can come up with pretty much anything to make this game more exciting. Have fun. - Quarters Volleyball
Quarters Volleyball
This game should be played with 4-6 players. It has to be an even amount. If 4 players use 6-8 small glasses, 6 players 10-12 glasses your choice + speed of game. Divide teams up evenly. Set the glasses in 2 rows and have teams sit across form each other.
* * * *
* * * *
O O O
(x= team 1, O= team 2 , * = glasses)
Teams X and teams O will try to bounce a quarter onto the other side, into a filled glass. If the shooting team gets it in the glass they pick a member of the opposite team to drink it. First team to sink all of the glasses wins. The loosing them has to drink the other team's remaining full glasses. The winning team decides who drinks the each glass also. One person could drink all and someone could have to drink none..have fun. - Rapid Fire
Rapid Fire
This game is a variation of quarters, which me and a couple of friends made up one day while we were bored. You should have any where from 2-5 players, anymore will be slow!!!! Each player has their own quarter, and there is a big cup in the middle of everyone filled with a full beer.
It's simple, one person shouts "ready, rapid fire!!!" and the last person to bounce their quarter in has to drink up!!! One main rule: you always must keep the same quarter, you can not grab someone else's if your's goes flying off the table. Get up and chase after it!
Enjoy... - Robo Pound
Robo Pound
A variation of quarters. Two teams with the same number of people line up on opposite sides of a table. Each team member has a cup filled with beer in front of them, plus there is a big pitcher (jug, fishbowl, whatever) in the center filled with beer. The two teams begin with the first person on each team trying to get their quarter into one of their team's cups. Once they do, they pound the beer and pass the quarter to the next team member.
Play continues until everyone on a side has pounded their beers, then each playwer on the team, in order, attempts to bounce the quarter into the jug in the center. Whichever team gets the quarter into the center jug first, wins and the losers must finish all the beer in their cups as well as the entire pitcher.
Gets you very fucked up, but also gets beer everywhere. Have paper towels on hand to wipe up the splashed and sloshed beer. Very fun and everyone gets loaded. - Social Quarters
Social Quarters
This game is to be played at any social event. Once introduced, the game usually never ends. As a participant, simply prevent someone from dropping a quarter in your drink.
If a person succeeds in dropping a quarter in your drink, you must finish it immediately. If, however, you prevent the quarter from landing in your drink, and it falls to the ground, the agressor must finish his drink. If you have been "tagged", once you finish your drink, you now have the quarter, and can choose who you want to "tag".
This game is ideal because it does not require a group's attention, so it can be played at almost any time. - Speed Quarters
Speed Quarters
Everyone sits around a table with a large glass of beer in the center and two shot glasses at opposite ends. Try to bounce the qaurter in the shot glass just like the Quarters game. Take as many shots as needed. When made pass the shot glass to the left.
Eventually both shot glasses will come to someone. That person must drink the middle glass and fill for the next game. Easy and adds more tension then quarters. This game gets people who suck at quarters messed up. - Spin the Quarter
Spin the Quarter
You flip a coin and the person next to you has to guess whether it is heads or tails. If they guess it right then they flip it for the next person. If they get it wrong then you spin the coin on the table and they have to drink for the time that the coin spins. You smack it down on the the table and then ask them heads or tails. If they guess wrong spin it again and again and again till they get it right. Sounds fun doesn't it.
- Strip Quarters
Strip Quarters
The rules to this game are the same as Spin the Quarter except one thing, if you guess heads or tails wrong, you have to take an item of clothing off. It's a fun game to play with a bunch of people!!
- Wildcat Quarters
Wildcat Quarters
Simple variation of Volleyball Quarters.
Two teams (2 per team works well) stand on opposite sides of a small table with five cups in a row in the middle. The four cups on the sides are the same size and the one in the middle is larger (Solo Cup size is usually about right). Something like this...
X X
+---------+
ooOoo
+---------+
X X
A player on a team gets one chance to bounce a quarter into one of the smaller cups to their right of the big cup. As soon as a cup is hit the other team has to chug it. Once both players on a team have tried, it's the other team's turn.
After hitting your two side cups you try for the center. The other team has to drink the big cup as well as whatever they hadn't hit on their side.
Folks can get trashed if they're not good at quarters, or (worse) if you put something other than beer in the side cups. This game gets better as the night wears on. Enjoy.
- Beer Die
Beer Die
There are two teams with two people to a team. The two player teams sit at each end of a long table. Each player sets a full beer cup at the end of the table in front of them. Flip a coin to decide who gets to throw the dice first.
The person who gets to throw the die first has to throw the die a certain height and try to get it in their opponents cup. The certain height is usually above the light on the cieling. Doesn't work unless it's a hanging light.
If the person gets it in their opponent's cup their opponent has to chug their whole beer. If they hit their opponent's cup their opponent has to take a drink of their beer.
The game is up to five. Each time you hit your opponents cup or get it in, it is a point. There is one other catch. When your opponent throws the die towards your team your team has to catch it before it hits the floor. If you miss the die that's another point for the other team. - Boxhead
Boxhead
Materials glass, lots of beer, penalty drink (hard stuff), 2 or more people (more people = less chance of puking) Players sit around a table and roll the dice in turn. Dice Totals:
- 2 - double odds, see below
- 3 - person to left of roller drinks
- 4 - nothing
- 5 - roll one dice again, that's the number of drinks for everyone
- 6 - make up a rule
- 7 - thumbs up on table, last one in drinks
- 8 - penalty shot. Roll one dice, that's how much the shot glass is filled
- 9 - person to the right of roller drinks
- 10 - bathroom break. (until you roll a 10 you don't leave the table)
- 11 - Boxhead
- 12 - Boxhead, see below
Double Evens (i.e. two 2's): Roller drinks (on top of any other applicable rules)
Double Odds (i.e. two 1's): Everybody drinks (on top of any other applicable rules)
Boxhead: If you roll an 11 or 12 you must wear the beer box on your head until either you roll another 11 or 12 (in which case it is taken off) or until someone else rolls an 11 or 12 (in which case it is given to the roller). When you are Boxhead you must drink whenever someone else drinks (excluding penalty shot).
Dice Off Table: If you are dumb enough to roll one or both dice off the table, take the dice that were rolled off, and roll them again. This is the number of full shots that you must drink. Example: You roll both dice off table. You roll again and get a total of 12. Prepare to die. You must drink 12 full shots of the evil hard stuff. - Catch the Pig
Catch the Pig
Everyone sits around a table. You need to have a least two dice. Give a die to two diferent people sitting opposite from each other.
The game starts with everyone shouting "Catch the Pig". Then the players with the die throw it as quickly as possible trying to get a "one". You take as many throws as needed. Once you have thrown a "one" give the die to you neighbor to the right.
The object of the game is to "catch" the next person, "the pig", to your right, who is still throwing the die and waiting for a "one". When this happens the game stops and the person "caught" has to finish their drink.
The game starts again with everyone shouting "Catch the Pig", after giving one of the die to the person across from the loser.
Additional rules: You can throw the dice as slow or fast as you want, which gives you a chance to manipulate the game. For example, you can wait till the other die is close to you before trying to get a one. Then you can try to catch your neighbor once the other die gets to you.
If the die jumps across the table or falls down, nobody has to help retrieve it. It's allowed, but... Obviously there is a good chance to loose that round when you are searching on the floor for you die. - Chase the Ace
Chase the Ace
You'll need 4 people, 2 dice, 2 cups (yahtzee cups work good), shot glass, and drink. Two people sitting opposite each other get a cup and a die. They roll until they get a one. If you get a one, pass the cup and die. If you end up with both cups, you have to drink the shot. Cool game!
- Dice for Two
Dice for Two
One player serves as the caller and the other as the roller (taking turns with each roll). As the one die is rolled the caller says odd or even. If the die comes up the designated odd or even the roller must drink that many sips. If the caller is wrong then he or she must consume the number rolled.
- Drunken Dice
Drunken Dice
Put a pitcher of beer in the middle of the table and then each person rolls the dice in turn. The rules for each dice combination are as follows:
- Roll doubles - you get to give that many drinks out to a person of your choosing
- Roll snake eyes - Make a rule for the game
- Roll 3 - Waterfalls a.k.a. chain chugs
- Roll 4 - Person to right of roller drinks
- Roll 5 - Person to left of roller drinks
- Roll 6 - Designate someone to chug a beer (shotgun style)
- Roll 7 - Social (Everyone drinks)
- Roll 8 - Thumb Master: you can put your thumb on the table whenever you want, last person to follow must drink. Next person toroll his is new Thumb Master.
- Roll 9 - Reroll # equals seconds you must drink
- Roll 10 - You become the beer bitch and must take drinks when told and get beers when told
- Roll 11 - Bitch gets to give 11 drinks to someone. If there is no bitch you get to make a rule.
- Roll 12 - Drink pitcher and give out 12 drinks (Game Over..start again) - Dungeons and Drinking
Dungeons and Drinking
All players need a set of standard Dungeons & Dragons dice (D4 D6 D8 D10 D12 D20)
Each players attacks opposing players using their weapons(dice). Each turn a player chooses an opponent to attack, then chooses a die to attack with, rolls his/her d20 attack die to see if you hit under your weapons target number, then if the player hits he/she rolls his weapon die to inflict drinking damage. If the attacking player misses he or she must drink a point of damage.
Weapons:
- D4 Under 16
- D6 Under 12
- D8 Under 10
- D10 Under 8
- D12 Under 6
Attacking Rules:
A player who rolls equal to the weapon's target number clashes with their opponent causing both players to drink what is rolled on the weapon dice. For example, a player attacking with a D4 rolling a 16 would clash with his enemy and both would drink whatever is rolled on the D4.
A player who rolls a 1 on his/her attack die critically hits his opponent causing them to drink double whatever is rolled on the weapon die.
A player who rolls a 20 on his attack die citically misses his opponent allowing the opponent a free attack with whatever weapon die was rolled.
Spells:
When you finish your beer don't worry, it may be just what you need to finish your opponent off.
Every time you finish a beer keep your cap, this will become your spell components. Each spell will cost a diffrent amount of beer caps/tabs. When you have enough you may cast a spell, casting may be done at anytime before an attack die is rolled, even when not on your turn. All caps/tabs or whatever are discarded after the spell is cast.
Double Damage - 3 Caps/Tabs - cast before attack die roll to cause double damage, if attack misses so does the spell.
Hand of the Beer God - 1 Cap/Tab (Cumulative) - cast at any time to modify a roll by 1 for each cap/tab used. May be cast on any die roll.
Gasp of the Beer God - 6 Caps/Tabs - cast in between turns to cause one opponent to finish the beer that they are currently drinking. Opponent may negate the spell by rolling a 19 or 20 on a D20.
Attacking Target #'s:
- D4 under 16
- D6 under 12
- D8 under 10
- D10 under 8
- D12 under 6
webmaster's note: nerds drink beer, too? never would have guessed ::shrug::. - Football
Football
You need 2 dice, a table (rectangular, not round), beer (duh), and tape (electrical tape works best).
Make endzones on each end of the table with the tape, about 4-5 inches from the edges. Get two teams of two, and sit at opposite ends with your partner, trying to roll the dice into the endzones.
If the dice land in your opponent's endzone, you get that number of points and they have to drink that many gulps each. If you roll doubles (both in endzone), they have to drink double what is showing on the dice, but you only get as many points as are showing.
Play to 50 or what ever you feel like. Add penalties for rolling dice off table before they cross the endzone as you would like. We also like to place 2 extra lines in the middle of the table about 3 inces from the middle on each side, and if you don't roll you dice past those you drink double what ever is showing. This is a really fun game to play with lots of people in tournaments. - Hat Boy
Hat Boy
This game is played with a pair of 6-sided dice, and the rules are fairly simple. You also need some kind of hat that can fit everyone.
To play, you take turns rolling the dice, and the two magic numbers are 7 and 9. 7 means the last person to put their thumb on the table is "hatboy", and 9 means the last person to put their thumb on their forehead is "hatboy".
Whoever is "hatboy" gets to wear the hat you picked out. Whenever someone rolls doubles, they drink whatever number was doubled (not the sum, so if you roll double 6's, hatboy takes 6 drinks, not 12). If you roll doubles, you get to roll again, but if you roll doubles three times in a row, you turn in to hatboy. If hatboy him/herself rolls doubles three times, nothing special happens, it just moves to the next person's turn. If hatboy is the last person to put their thumb on the table or on their forehead, they take a drink. - Magic Dice
Magic Dice
Each player rolls their die, and at the same moment, a player calls a number from 1 to 6. The player who says the number must not be the same for each roll. If your die is the called number, you must drink. You can also call even or odd instead of a specific number. However, when calling odd or even, the caller must drink double if they have the appropriate number showing. The other players drink just once. This game will get you quickly drunk.
- Mex
Mex
Whoever decides to play the game, rolls a pair of dice. He gets up to 3 turns to get a high score, where:
- 2 + 1 (Mex) is the highest
- double 6 next highest
- then double 5, etc
- then 6 + 5, 6 + 4, and so on down to 3 + 2, which is the lowest
- 3 + 1 is a compulsory drink for the person who throws it (normally half a standard vessel)
Normally if someone throws a Mex, they sit on that. If the first person in the round only uses 1 or 2 throws then that is the maximum for that round. The lowest scorer in the round is the loser, and must drink half a standard vessel. If there is 1 Mex, the penalty doubles to 1 full vessel. If 2 Mex's, then the penalty doubles again to 2 vessels, and so on.....a maximum should be set!!!
If there is a tie for low score, then there should be a toss-off, with each player in the toss-off allowed the full 3 turns if required. Mexs in this round still count toward the final penalty.
Variations:
The Holding Rule - on the first or second turn, you may hold either 1's or 2's, but not twice in a row. I.E. - if you throw a 4 and a 1, then you may hold the 1, and throw the other die once only. From there you must either take what you are given, or throw them both again.
5 Turns - if things are a bit sedate, try using 5 instead of 3 turns. You will get more Mex's this way. - Pass a Shot
Pass a Shot
This is a fairly simple dice game once you get the hang of it. To start you need three dice total and 3 shot glasses for each person in the game. Fill each shot glass with your choice of hard liquor. When it's your turn you roll as many die as you currently have shots in front of you up to a max of 3 (to start you'll have 3).
0 Shots - Skip your turn
1 Shot - 1 die
2 Shots - 2 dice
3 or more - 3 dice
The dice determine what you do on each turn. Do the action below for each die that you rolled:
1 - Keep a shot
2 - Keep a shot
3 - Keep a shot
4 - Drink one of your shots and place glass in the middle
5 - Pass one of your shots to your left
6 - Pass one of your shots to your right
Three of a Kind - Give one shot to any person and have them drink it immediately.
Note: When you pass shots the person doesn't drink them immediately, they only drink when they roll a 4.
Example: If I rolled a 2, a 4, and a 6 then I would drink one shot and pass one to the person to my right.
No one is ever out of the game since you can always have shots passed to you. The game goes around in a circle until all shots except one are downed. That person must then roll one last time. If they roll a 1, 2, or 3 they can make anyone drink it. If they roll a 4 they must drink it and if they roll a 5 or 6 they pass it to the left or right respectively.
Variations - There are many ways to change this game here are a few suggestions.
Beer Mug Version: Use beers instead of shots make the cups each have about 1/2 a beer.
Milder Version: Either start with only 1 or 2 cups each or only roll one die each turn no matter how many shots you have in front of you. It slows the game down and in turn you drink much slower.
Mixed Drinks: Obvisously if you don't like shots then you can make your favorite mixed drinks and fill cups with that.
Double It Up: For this one put a big cup in the middle filled with a double shot. The game is the same except when you roll three of a kind you pour the shot into the cup instead. Now who drinks the cup is where it gets fun. When the one person has the last shot the rules change:
1,2, or 3 - Roll again
4 - Drink the middle cup
5 - Pass the last shot left
6 - Pass the last shot right
If the shot is passed that person has to do the same thing. This continues until some unfortunate soul rolls a four. Note: the person is allowed to fill the cup with a mix or chaser in order to drink. But don't let them take all day, you need to start another round. - Place Your Bets
Place Your Bets
This game is for those who don't like to learn a lot of rules. It's simple, it's fun and you get to drink A LOT! All you need is one die, plenty of beer, and at least one friend.
One person starts....it doesn't matter who. That person says "Place you bets!". Everyone tries to guess what number will be rolled and places their "bet" by putting that number of fingers down on the table. To bet a six, just make a fist and put it on the table.
The roller rolls. If the number that is rolled is the number of fingers you put down then you don't have to drink. If it's not you must take as many sips as the number that was rolled.
If you guess the right number 3 times in a row you can make a rule. The die is passed after every roll. It's fun cause everyone gets all excited when they guess right.
Happy drinking! - Rez a Roller
Rez a Roller
Everyone sits at a table, and takes turns rolling two six-sided dice. Direction of play starts counter-clockwise. With each roll there is an effect, one for each individual die, and possibly one for the combination of them.
Single-Die Effects:
1 = Roller Drinks
2 = The Bitch Drinks (we'll get to that later)
3 = Person to Your Left Drinks
4 = Person to Your Right Drinks
5 = Social, Everyone Drinks
6 = You Pick 1 Person to Drink
So, for starters, say you roll a 1 and a 5. Then you would have to drink, and then everyone would -- so you'd drink twice. Now we move on to the fun of the game, the extra effects. Every set of doubles means something, as well as some other combos. So after you take care of the single-roll effects, you move on to these...
Combination Effects:
1 & 1 = Remove an Item of Clothing
2 & 2 = You Become the Bitch (drink whenever a 2 is rolled)
3 & 3 = You Become the Tusk-Master (see below)
4 & 4 = Make A Bet (see below)
5 & 5 = Make Up A Rule for the Rest of the Game (Ex: if you say "drink" you have to drink)
6 & 6 = You Become the Rezalution (see below)
1 & 2 = Bitch sits in roller's lap (or vice versa if absolutely necessary)
3 & 4 = Direction of turns changes
2 & 6 = Bitch and Rezalution switch places
So if you rolled a 1 & 1, not only do you have to drink twice, but now you also have to remove an item of clothing. If you roll a 3 & 4, then the people to your immediate left and right drink, and then the turns go backwards.
Special Things:
The Tusk-Master (Double 3's) - Whenever Tusk-Master says "tusk" everyone must touch the nose of someone else at the table. The last person to do it has to drink for 3-5 seconds. Tusk-Master can only say the word once per round (dice go all the way around the table). Feel free to substitute "tusk" for any word, it doesn't matter. We use "tusk" after an inside joke of the game designer.
Make a Bet (Double 4's) - When you make a bet, you choose one person. Then you propose something that either you can do, or they can't. (Ex: say the alphabet backwards in less than a minute). Whoever loses has to finish their drink. Or if you're feeling confident enough, you can raise the stakes to your desire.
The Rezalution (Double 6's) - Rezalution is basically the allmighty power of the game. They can tell anyone to drink at any time, and they have full power over the Bitch. Now this doesn't entitle them to demanding that the Bitch strip or anything, but Bitch has to get them drinks, and other things like that. You want to be careful though, because the Rezalution and The Bitch can switch places rather easily.
Extra Suggestions:
If you spill your drink or roll the dice off the table, you remove an item of clothing PERMANENTLY.
This is an interesting rule I've been toying around with. Chose either 7 or 8 in the beginning of the game. Then, whenever someone rolls two dice that total that number, you can take 1 item of clothing off of anyone you chose. This means you can wear it if you'd like. Since these totals are so easy to roll, there should be a lot of trading going on.
Enjoy! - Rolling For Stupidity
Rolling For Stupidity
All persons playing sit around a table. One person names a stupid act, i.e. making out with potted plant. Players either agree to participate in this round or not. Each player roles dice and lowest role has to perform stupid act.
Now loser must come up with another, preferably stupider act, i.e. running to nearest law enforcement agency naked, and the game continues. Drink if you choose not to participate in a round. - Rolling Math
Rolling Math
This is a two player game. Using a pair of dice, each player rolls one. The person with the lower number subtracts the number on their die from the number on the other players die and takes that number of drinks. If both players roll the same number, they each drink the total of both dice. Simple, but deadly game.
- Screwed
Screwed
You need 4 or more people, a lot of beer, and two dice. Everyone selects one person to go first. That person then takes one die and rolls it. If they roll any odd number except for 3, the person to their left must take 3 drinks. If they roll any even number except for 4, the person to their right must take 3 drinks. If they roll a 4, everyone must take 3 drinks. Here's the best part so listen carefully. If they roll a 3, that person then takes both dice and rolls them. What ever the two dice add up to, is how many seconds they must slam a beer, but the person to their left gets to count.
- Sex Master
Sex Master
Game is simple, sit in a circle boy, girl, boy, girl. Rolls are as follows:
- 2 - kiss anyone you want, if he/she is not willing then he/she must down his/her beer
- 3 - drink one
- 4 - nothing (roll ends)
- 5 - beer bitch, you must get a beer for anyone who needs a beer. You can be told to drink by anyone.
- 6 - Sex Master (see rules below) roll ends
- 7 - Kiss the person to the right of you and the person to the left drinks
- 8 - nothing (roll ends, you must drink)
- 9 - social (everyone drinks)
- 10 - nothing (roll ends)
- 11 - kiss the person to your left and the person to the right drinks
- 12 - drink 12
The Sex Master can rearrange how people are sitting. He/She can also demand that the players take off some clothes. No more than two articles of clothes taken off for one person each time around the circle. The player must leave these clothes off until he/she becomes the Sex Master.
The Sex Master also can make anyone drink at anytime. The only down side to being Sex Master is you can not pair off anyone with yourself. You can not be caught making out with anyone when you are the Sex Master except when you roll a 7 or 11. If you roll a 2 when you are the Sex Master then you must drink and pick a new Sex Master. You do not get to kiss anyone at this time.
Doubles - split the dice up between two players (male and female) if they roll doubles then you drink the amount they roll, if they don't they drink the amount of what they rolled and they must kiss. You may not give the dice to the Sex Master!
This game is loads of fun. Enjoy! - Six Cups
Six Cups
You will need 6 cups of equal size and 1 die. Arrange the cups up in a line and designate each cup with a number 1-6.
From here the game is pretty basic. The first person rolls the die. If the cup of that number is empty..fill it as much or as little as you like. If it's full...you drink the contents.
Example:
- Player 1 rolls a 2...empty cup...fill it
- Player 2 rolls a 5...empty cup...fill it
- Player 3 rolls a 2...full cup!...drink it!!
- Player 1 rolls a 1...empty cup...fill it
- Player 2 rolls a 5...full cup!...drink it!!
Remember when filling...you might have to drink what you fill. - Split the Difference
Split the Difference
This is a two player dice game. Each player gets one die (two if your feeling randy). Both players roll together. The player with the low number subtracts their roll from the higher roll and drinks the difference. If doubles are rolled, each player drinks their roll.
- Strip Tease
Strip Tease
Get an even number of guys and girls. Get your favorite type of hard liquor and shot glasses, don't forget the dice.
There can be two teams boys against girls. Sit in a circle and sit boy/girl/boy/etc. Roll the dice to see who goes first and then follow these rules:
- Even - take a shot
- Odd - take off a piece of clothing of your choice
Doubles:
- 1-1 = make the call (shot or clothing)
- 2-2 = pass a shot to the person to the right of you
- 3-3 = it's your lucky roll, you go free
- 4-4 = truth or dare to someone of your choice
- 5-5 = lucky roll again, put a piece of clothing back on
- 6-6 = kiss the person to our right
Object - team with most clothes on at the end wins. You might not wanna play this with your boyfriend or girlfriend. - Suck and Roll
Suck and Roll
This is one of those great games where the object is to drink, not make the other team drink. There are 2 teams of four, each team has one six sided die. Each person has a straw. Each team has 6 pints of beer.
The game starts with one person on each team frantically rolling the die trying to get a "one". When he/she rolls a "one", that team is allowed to drink the first cup, but the only way to drink is for all four people to suck through the straws at the same time. When the first cup is empty, the next person begins rolling for a "two". When they get the "two" all four people suck down the second cup. This repeats with three, four, five, and six.
The object is to finish all six pints before the other team. The winner is of course expected to defend their throne. - Suntiramas
Suntiramas
Two or more players, a pair of dice, a pen, and paper are all that are needed to play this game.
Every round each player is entitled to roll the dice 3 times. The object is to get the highest combination possible (or the lowest depending on how you wish to look at being a winner).
If you get a high score on your first roll you do not have to roll the dice again, you can pass them onto the next player. If you do roll the dice again, the first roll score is cancelled and you must take the score obtained on your 2nd roll, or if you chose you can roll a 3rd time but that score is what you are stuck with.
It is recommended that someone writes down the scores obtained by each player each round because after a few drinks you are likely to forget what you rolled!!
At the end of each round the person with the lowest score for the round must take a drink. That player then starts off the next round.
This is how the scoring works:
- 1 & 1 = 11
- 1 & 2 = 21
- 6 & 1 = 61
- 4 & 3 = 43
- 5 & 2 = 52
- 3 & 5 = 53
- etc...
- Highest score possible = 66
- Lowest score = 11
So that you don't get bored the following drinking rules also apply when particular combinations are rolled:
- Double 1 - player must make up a rule, it can be that everyone drinks when a double is rolled, if you touch your nose you must take a drink, etc, it can be anything you like (make it sexual by requesting items of clothing be removed when certain combinations are rolled if you like!!)
- 2 & 1 - You must take a drink
- 3 & 1 - You choose someone else to take a drink
After a few rounds this game is lots of fun (especially if new drinking rules have been made up) and can get you extremely drunk!! It's also a good way to start a party as it gets everyone into party mode. - Three Man
Three Man
veryone starts off by rolling one die till someone rolls a three. This person then becomes the three man. The game then proceeds around the circle with people taking turns rolling the dice. The dice are only passed when someone rolls something that does not require drinking. Here is what each roll means:
When dice total:
- 3: Whoever is the three man must drink. If the three man rolls this then he may pass the title to a person of his choosing.
- 7: Person to the right of "roller" drinks
- 9: Person across from "roller" drinks
- 10: Social...everyone drinks
- 11: Person to the left of "roller" drinks
Other dice combinations:
- 4 & 1: Whoever rolls this become the Thumb-Master. They can place their thumb on the table whenever they want. The last person to do this must drink. The Thumb-Master can only change when someone else rolls a 4 & 1.
- Doubles: When someone rolls double they give the dice to someone of their choosing. This person rolls the dice and must drink for that many seconds. The dice may be given to two people instead of giving both to just one person.
At any time during the game the three man can be told to drink. However the person currently rolling may not tell the three man to drink. If he does he must drink.
