I figured we could get a season discussion thread going and talk about all things college football.
-Like the Colorado puffalo's losing to 1-AA Montana State
-Notre Lame almost losing

Dammit!! I was really hoping Tech would beat the Crying Irish.
I was really hoping to see Bama win more convincingly against Hawaii. This could be a long season if they don't play better.

Ohio States Offense looked like a well oiled machine; defense needs some work, but the true test is next saturday at texas.

One win against California School of the Blind (or whoever Nebraska just played) does NOT mean that the good days of Tom Osborne are back in Lincoln.

I didnt say we were going to win, I said it will be a TEST. We will not be a push over team, we are much improved from last year.
Also, I would have to say Louisiana Tech was probably a better team than Arkansas anyway. 7-4 last year vs. 4-7 for Ark.

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/teamsched?te...=2348&year=2005Yep, LaTech sure played a tough schedule. Not like that pushover SEC schedule Arkansas has to play.......
Anyway, yeah hopefully it will be a good game. If somebody is going to beat USC this year, their best chance is to get them early. By midseason I think everything is going to be clicking for them.

you almost had houston nutt as your head coach. arkansas played their asses off against southern cal and the first half could have went either way, it was a better game then i thought it would be. arkansas isnt going to be a bitch in the SEC like it has been since matt jones left.
