Self destructive behaviors

so i know a lot of people suffer from self destructive behaviors... any eating disorders, drug or alcohol abuse, sexual promiscuity, abusive relationships, spending money you dont have.... etc. etc.
i'm just curious if any of you have faced your own "demons" ... if you're willing to admit it... and what you're doing to keep it under control.

I'm impulsive and spend too much money, even money I don't really have.

i drink alot on a daily basis spend large ammounts of money that i dont necessarily have and gamble on anything if i get the right odds

yeah... mad props to both of yall for being able to admit it (to yourselves and on here)

Hmmm, outside of booze, gambling & women I'm vice free.

I'm lazyass with no real life goals. I pretty much just wing it, which I hear is a bad thing.

I'm also pretty much addicted to sex like everyone else here, and when I drink I usually do it to excess

its not a big secret to anyone i can admit it and all my friends just say noshit are you serious youre kidding right

I tend to assume people are against me, in turn I'll go out of my way to make them feel like shit or just write them off forever. I don't know why I do that.

I don't trust anybody besides a select few people, and not letting anyone "in" tends to make people think I'm an ass.

I used to do a lot of coke... Product of working in a nightclub. I would do it at my day job when a was stressed. I quit that shit! Now I definitely spend too much money. I can afford what I send but in turn I am not saving or getting ahead.
