If a 47 story building is only 300 feet away from 2) 110 story buildings that collapse the way the WTC towers did, it doesn't take a structural engineer to see that there is a good chance the smaller building will incur serious damage. In fact, only a small amount of common sense is needed.
The FACT is that 25% of the lower 10 floors of WTC 7 was destroyed by falling debris from the 2 towers. Thats doesn't offer much support for a 47 story building to stand on, so it fell.
