Bears waive Tank JohnsonI think it's sad for the guy, but I can respect the Bears organization for taking a stand. I don't think he's as bad as the other two, so I hope he can get another team to offer him a chance.

Hopefully the Cowboys if not the Bucs could use an animal like Tank they havent done much to replace Sapp who even after they said he was past his prime still commands a doubleteam and occasionally a trippleteam

Again the Seahawks get no love. How can they not be the favorite in the NFC West (if not the entire NFC)?

NFC west has been horrible just like the WHOLE NFC lately, but, the west has potential this year.

I disagree about them being overrated. People keep talking about Arizona being better (they say it every year, still no defense); St Louis being better (no defense, moving Carriker to DT is a terrible idea); San Francisco being better (here's my guarantee, Jackson will top out at 10 games this year); last year Seattle had key injuries to the QB, HB, LT, DL, and secondary, and were a FG away from the Super Bowl. The secondary has been revamped with guys that can actually cover somebody, and Josh Wilson has been impressive so far in the mini-camps. Best group of starting LB's in the game, and the problems along the OL have been resolved with the emergence of Rob Sims at LG. I don't mind the sports world not giving them any love, because they will be hungry. 11-5 or 12-4, NFC West champs again, and my pick to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl (against New England, with NE winning).
The other big names in the NFC don't scare me too much. I think Chicago fucked up by letting Thomas Jones go, as well as losing Ron Rivera as DC. The entire NFC East is a clusterfuck. And the Aints didn't really do anything to solve the fact that their secondary is old and sucks.

blah, blah, blah

the seahawks are overrated cause they are in a shit division that they usually get 5 or 6 wins out of the division and suck it up against everyone else. because of this, they are pretty much guaranteed a playoff spot. since they are in the playoffs year after year, people who dont know any better are convinced that theyre good.

But the Bears aren't overrated for the shit division they play in? Detroit-shit. Green Bay-shit. Minnesota-shit.
How about the NFC East? Washington-shit. Giants-shit. Dallas-shit. Philly-decent.
Are the Pats overrated too? Let's look at the AFC East. Dolphins-shit. Buffalo-shit. J-E-T-S-shit.
Is Indy overrated? Jacksonville-decent. Houston-shit. Tennessee-shit.
The fact of the matter is, there is parity in pro football at a level that we haven't experienced before. It's not like the 80's and 90's, where you could pretty much be certain who was going to play in the conference championship games. Give Seattle some credit, they are the only team besides Indy to win their division the last three years in a row.

they won because they were up against the 49ers, Cardinals, and Rams, and with the exception of a half ass Rams team, the other two are complete shit who basically give the seahawks 4 wins. plus, look at last year, they played like shit, but made the playoffs by default cause the other teams in their division were worse.

Da Bears are gonna suck donkey dick you fruity midwesterners.
Yer lucky you won't have to face the Ravens (Rat Birds) this year. We only get to beat the crappy NFC teams in the west this year.

The Dolphins don't look much better with Trent Green. But who knows.
That does suck though that the Bears released Tank Johnson.
