In the $15 million action filed in Brooklyn Federal court, Ilya Dall, of Queens, said the ballplayer tested positive for HIV in 2006 and a doctor later told him he had AIDS. Dall said she tested negative for the disease - but is claiming punitive damages for emotional distress. She also claims her children were exposed to the virus. Her suit does not claim that he knew he had AIDS when they were having unprotected sex - but he had reason to think he might because his doctors kept advising him to be tested. He procrastinated and told her he was disease free, the suit says. In 2004, she said, she noticed he had cold sores. The following year he was diagnosed with a blood disorder that's linked to AIDS, the suit says. As for his stats, no time in his career, did he NOT play on a stacked lineup. In Cleveland it was with Belle, Manny, Thome, Lofton.... in Baltimore he was on the team that hat 8 players in the starting lineup hit over 20 hr's in a single season, the Mets, they were stacked like the poor-man's Yankees that they are.

You hate on Bonds right? Even though he has the HR title, and Aaron even came out to say that Bonds deserves it. a sane Guillen, a healthy Jacobs, an overdue breakout seaon by DeJesus, production from Gordon & Butler and a CoCo Crisp having just a good old time raking up 15hr, 30sb, .285,100runs. That lineup acutally looks damage provoking. The middle infield looks a bit stick-less, but plenty of power will come from the aforementioned names.



Now if the pitching can come around;

Meche - Had an impressive season last year. Can he be more than a mediocre starter?
Grienke - Starting to come to form? Maybe too much stress being the ace?
Bannister - I like him, he's solid. He's a regular ole Braden Looper.
Davies - He's ready to play. I'm sure his numbers will impress this year.
H. Ramirez - He was the man when he played for Atlanta, can he bring it in KC?
Hochevar - he's about a year or two away, but he'll get some chances this year.
Soria - top tier - gotta have closer.
Gobble/Farnsworth - Set up men - hmm, the jury is still out on that.

sounds like he fucked your mom sister and girlfriend sorry dude but fact is he hasnt been outed as a cheater Bonds was a cheater Alomar hit for a .300avg and only hit 210 career home runs because he was a fundamental contact hitter you dont need roids to hit 210hrs in 17 seasons. Jeter has very similar numbers behind the plate nobody will ever accuse him of using. those were some really stacked teams in SD and Toronto his first 8 years. I hate on the known cheaters if it comes out that he was a cheater fine let the hating begin im right there with you. I would love my team to be all .300 hitters with minimal power and play gold glove defense thats what he was if you want a lineup full of 30hr guys with .260 averages and weak defense youre out of your mind. Also he was never suspended for roids or even named in the Mitchell report by Radomski who was in the clubhouse with Alomar maybe he would have been able to play better with the back trouble he had that forced him to retire

Fact is not everyone is going to be the ultimate nice guy like Tim Tebow, Dwight Howard, and Wade Boggs who do everything to try to sign every autograph and always look to do the right thing the world is full of assholes and Alomar is just another asshole that knows how good he was at his job
