Art supports this kind of behavior from cops cuz he knows if it happens to him a jury would award him a lot of money for claiming the cop did it because hes black. When in reality cops just get off on that kind of stuff no matter what your race is. -
This kind of police enforcement is unthinkable in my parts of the world (Belgium). My amazement goes out to all of you who agree with this approach. Get a ticket, pay up, if not ... let the justice system do their work - without taserguns. There are other ways of making people comply.
What's the difference between tasergunning and knocking somebody to the ground with your hands or a stick ? Aparently you can get arrested for a lot less. -
fuck that, I wouldn't wanna tackle a guy on the side of the highway. I'm not putting myself at risk like that.
edit: I watched the video a second time, and I have even less sympathy for the guy. The guy should have signed the ticket and simply argued his case in court. The side of the road is no place to argue a ticket. I bet he wishes he would have just signed the ticket and went about his business. -
What a fucking asshole cop. Sure the guy didn't want to come over to the car and was walking away but what's wrong with manning up and tackling the guy like the good ol' days? No need for a taser, what a pussy.
